The four c’s of prayer are: constant, conscious, connection, and communication. These four words will lead you toward diamond consciousness!
Diamond consciousness is forged from the coal of our ego that is squeezed, crushed, and transformed through intense pressure, tension, and stress. We can go from the darkness of a coal-like dense body to the intense brilliance of the Light of our soul-body and higher self connected to God. The intense Light is the luminous numinosity of Spirit incarnated in the human body.
“My house is a house of prayer”(Isaiah 56:7) “I will glorify my glorious house” (Isaiah 60:7) “Arise, shine; for your light has come” (Isaiah 60:1-5) “Pray constantly”(1 Thes 5:17)
Our connected soul-body is a body of Light; a diamond body. God will enLIGHTen our physical body to become a diamond body of light. How is this accomplished? Our body becomes a house of prayer, a body of constant, conscious, connection to Spirit and two-way communication with God; the four c’s.
To achieve the 4 c’s we must let go of the obstacles, blockages, and obstructions to the constant conscious connection and communication. “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer and fasting” (Mark 9:29). First is the fasting, not physical fasting from food or drink, but mental and emotional fasting. We empty the mind of negative or discordant thoughts and empty the heart of negative or discordant emotions. The ego connection is a weak or severed connection to God and lacks power. A mind apart from God is distracted, divided, conflicted, ineffectual, and filled with ego thoughts focusing on worries about the past and fears of the future. A heart apart from God is filled with the emotions of doubt, sadness, guilt, shame, fear, unworthiness, anger, lust, jealousy, resentment and blame. A body apart from God is tired, tense, stressed, split, and prey to unconscious influences. All of the distractions of ego mind, heart, and body leave very little energy to connect with God and very little space to receive the light of God. Remove all distractions and obstructions to God by fasting.
We must first turn to the distractions and obstructions. First accept what is and resist nothing. Then begin to fast by emptying the mind, heart, and body. Surrender all, and let go of everything. Realize our choices have led us to this chaotic state of ego mind and take personal responsibility for the miscreated results. Ask and intend to bring the Light of Spirit into every cell and every thought or feeling. Empty by breathing into the tension in your body. Breathe deeply and slowly into your heart space. Notice the still points between breathing in and breathing out. Rest in these still points and notice the calm, peaceful emptiness, and repose. Dissolve all the obstacles to connect with Spirit on the holy highway in the deepest heart space. Be free from the bondage of the ego mind, thoughts, emotions, and actions. Fast from ego dominance. Allow the deeper, higher truth to bubble up from your innermost being. “I delight in the teaching of God in my inmost self” (Romans 7:22). “Behold, you desire truth in the inward being; therefore teach me wisdom in my secret heart” (Psalm 51:6).
When we fast from thoughts and emotions, we are able to direct our still mind into our silent heart in a quiet body. When our body is relaxed and we slowly, deliberately breathe into the still pond of a quiet heart mind, we are able to consciously connect with God and communicate, receiving messages and guidance. We are able to pray unceasingly by training our mind to drop from lower ego mind to our higher nature of the divine mind of our heart. Once our training is complete and our new neural networks are in place, our conscious practice can become unconscious connection to God. Our divine nature is revealed here in the stillness and silence of our secret heart. Apart from God there is disillusionment; connected with God there is wisdom, higher knowledge, joy, and fulfillment.
“I delight in the law of God, in my inmost self” (Romans 7:22) “The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free”(Romans 8:2) “To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace” (Romans 8:5-6) “We will be set free from bondage to decay and obtain the glorious liberty…redemption of our bodies…predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus…glorified [filled with Light and connected forever with God]” (Romans 8:21-39)
Nothing can separate us from the Light and Love of God: not death, life, angels, principalities, past, future, powers, height, depth, or anything in creation (Romans 8:37-39). We are more than conquerors if we fast [empty] and pray [4 c’s]; we will be diamonds and reflect the entire glory of God here now on earth!
Say “NO” to the lower, false-self ego, and say “YES” to Abba Father who is waiting to give you diamond Light!!! Diamonds truly are a girl’s best friend!
