Goal of 2012: Theosis

I dare you to be all you can be! For some odd reason, we are the most afraid of our own light and true inner greatness. Marianne Williamson said :

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.’ We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” (A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles”, Harper Collins, 1992. Our mission, if we should choose to accept it, is to turn away from our conditioned beliefs, surrender, empty, let go of control, yield our lower will for the highest Divine Will, and allow the transformation of our body, mind, emotions, and soul by the process of theosis. The doctrine of theosis was revealed to me by the Holy Spirit, as I was never taught this by religious or spiritual teachings. I had to look it up and found that it was well-known to original Christians and the Desert Fathers and Mothers. It was also well-known in the Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition. When I discovered this theology I was amazed to find it clearly revealed in the bible (maybe the bible reveals to us, like a sacred mirror, whatever level of consciousness we approach it with). It is interesting that I was guided to the exact passages to corroborate what the Spirit was showing me within. It is also fascinating that this doctrine of spirituality has been hidden for so long. It is the hidden, inner mystery that the Divine Feminine or Holy Spirit is bringing forth in this transformational, revolutionary year (I actually keep writing 2013 over and over again when I am attempting to write 2012, so I am starting to think it will be manifested more in 2013).

When Yeshua came to earth his goal was not to make a new Christian religion (remember he was Jewish). His goal was to make everyone consciously one with the Father, the Higher Self. The Father spoke through Yeshua and did the work of healing, delivering and setting free through him. Yeshua taught that the Father was greater than he (John 14:28). Yeshua taught that the goal was to be one in consciousness or awareness with God; to ascend in consciousness, vibration or frequency. “Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be given to you” (Matthew 6:33). We only have to focus on the One thing, as Curly said in City Slickers!

How do we become one with God? Yeshua said he would send the Holy Spirit to be our Counselor, Guide, and Teacher. The Holy Spirit is the Power and Presence of God that can live in and through your body. The Holy Spirit is the breath of God, the alive indwelling Presence. It is the inner, hidden path of Wisdom. She will teach you all things and help you remember the higher path, the path that Yeshua came to earth to model for us, as well as be our example to follow. Instead of an external teacher, in 2012 we are asked to find the Teacher within! With the guidance of the true inner teacher, the Holy Spirit, we can transform into gods and goddesses (talk about your shock and awe!). There is only One, Most High God, formless, infinite, timeless, unlimited, spaceless, alive Presence, ground of being, above all, through all, and in all. The mystery is the presence of the Most High is our ground of being. God is in us, through us, and yes, is who we really are! The gift has already been given as free, priceless grace.

The truth is really quite shocking to the status quo, the collective consciousness, and to the lower self who has bought the story from the adversary hook, line and sinker. The enemy has very deviously clothed the lie in religious clothing, and condemned all who tried to speak the truth. Just as the Pharisees and religious authorities of Yeshua’s day said that he was blasphemous, of the devil or satan, and needed to be silenced and killed, there are those religious authorities today that label the truth as heresy and blasphemous and accuse those who reveal the secret to be of the devil. It is time to let go of being manipulated and controlled by those who benefit from humanity being in the dark. The truth is very visible in the bible if you ask the Holy Spirit to teach you the truth. It is also written on our hearts if you ask the Holy Spirit to open the ancient scroll in your secret heart and teach you the truth. The Holy Spirit will help you remember all that Yeshua came to earth to teach.

The religious of Yeshua’s day had moved away from inner transformation and theosis to a controlling, external set of rules and hierarchy. People were in bondage to rules, dogmas, doctrines, and led away from inner transformation or freedom. Yeshua came to reveal the truth, heal, deliver, free, make whole and make us all one with the Father. He removed karma from the world and taught the secret, inner way to oneness with Spirit to those who were receptive. Unfortunately few were receptive. Today the road less traveled is still a bit empty, but it is about to become filled with souls who are ready, open and willing to take the narrow inner path. It is easier to follow an exteriorly imposed set of rules for morality. Outer morality and goodness are not wrong, they are an example of external locus of control and miss the powerful inner transformation into divinity that is possible when you seek the inner way of Spirit. 2012 is the year of revolutionary transformation for those who say YES.

When Christ Spirit is formed within you (Galatians 4:19), the physical body is incarnated with the Spirit, and your spiritual self and physical self become one vast, glorious, magnificent being! The two become one; the bridegroom and bride consume their spiritual marriage. Every cell is enlightened, leading to the dawning of the day-star, the alive Presence of the Light of God within your being!

The goal for the fullness of time is to unite all things (Ephesians 1:10). The goal of 2012 is to unite our spiritual and physical self, unite heaven and earth, and be one with God in the new heaven on earth now. As above so below. The new heaven on earth is already available in consciousness; we are already one with the Beloved, and endowed with all the spiritual gifts and power to reveal and inspire creative solutions for change. We are the One we have been waiting for (the union of the Spirit of God and our physical body)!

“For he has made known to us in all wisdom and insight the mystery of his will, according to his purpose which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fulness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth” Ephesians 1:9-10

We are already connected, one, whole, free and united with all. Live strong. Live free. Live well. Live confidently; emboldened, empowered, and enlivened! The gift has already been given, we just have to wake up, unwrap the gift, be it, live it, and use it for the highest good of all! The Spirit of God says “You are gods, sons/daughters of the Most High, all of you” (Psalm 82:6). Yeshua says “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, You are gods'” (John 10:34-35).

“God said we were ‘gods’…He will make the feeblest and filthiest of us into a god or goddess, dazzling, radiant, immortal creature, pulsating all through with such energy and joy and wisdom and love as we cannot now imagine, a bright stainless mirror which reflects God perfectly (though, of course, on a smaller scale) His own boundless power and delight and goodness. The process will be long and in parts very painful; but that is what we are in for” CS Lewis in Mere Christianity
