Beneath Drama Is Trauma

Beneath all drama is trauma. Beneath all trauma is nothingness. Beneath nothingness is fullness or everything! To find fullness, or to find God, go deeply into the feelings that arise in drama! Triggers into emotional reactivity are the messages from Spirit to lead you from the wilderness of drama to the promised land of peace in the kingdom of God!

Drama is a message that you are separated from your true essence and have forgotten your true nature. It is not good or bad, right or wrong, but merely a sign that you have left the truth of your heart for the lies of your mind. The mind will judge, condemn and accuse you. It is the voice that says you are unworthy, unacceptable, unloveable, alone, and lacking. The barrier to peace, love and joy is your mind’s accusations. The mind is trying to control the exterior to gain power on the inside. The heart knows that peace, love and joy already exist as your true nature within. Go deep. Go direct. Go inside and find your true essence!

“You do not have to seek for love; just remove all the barriers to it” Rumi

“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens” Carl Jung

sure, suffering (the biblical word) has to come first before the kingdom of God, the earthy man of sin rules and becomes our character (hate, mean, selfish) until we are restored and the light of love shines in our heart changing our life, as we struggle not fall back to the ways of the world

    • thanks for your comment p3! Suffering seems to be the most common portal or gateway to God. While we are in the midst of suffering, if we can not judge by physical appearances and dive into the pain holding the hand of God, we can break through to the joy. Such a wonderful mystery and paradox!!!
