When Vomiting Is Good!

Everything is good and very good! Truth! Word!

What? You are doubting? What about _____?

When I find myself in the belly of the whale (unconscious in the darkness), believe me I want the fish to vomit! See Jonah 1:10 . You want a divine encounter to forcefully propel you out of the darkness and into the light. You want to arise in consciousness, go forward in awareness, start speaking truth to yourself and others, and live the life that you were created to fully live now!

When you accidentally or unconsciously take poison or toxins into your body you want to vomit immediately! Illusion, delusion, deception, misperceptions, wrong seeing, wrong beliefs, negative or distorted thoughts are like poison to our system. I once heard “if you knew what one negative thought did to your world, you would never have another one.” Willingly let go of the poison of negativity or wrong thinking. Like attracts like. Negative thoughts draw negative experiences to us. Allow the vomiting of all that is keeping you in the dark. As gross as it is, don’t avoid, distract, numb or lessen the natural purging of your mind, emotions, or body.

Tears are the emotional body’s vomit. Do not squelch the natural purging of our being. Allow yourself to feel your feelings, and feel them to completion. Emotional pain arises to allow any density or darkness to be cleared or filled with light. Tears clear, release, start the flow of endorphins and light raises our vibration!

Physical pain is the body trying to purge itself. Do not numb, drug or distract yourself from pain. At the emergency room they will not give you pain medication to numb the symptom until they know the source of the pain. With food poisoning, suppressing the bodies natural vomiting or diarrhea would keep the poison within you and cause greater damage. All pain is our body speaking to us, attempting to give us a message for our greatest good so we can move towards greater wholeness. Listen, allow, receive the message and the messenger can melt or dissolve!

1 Timothy 4:4 “Know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving; for then it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer

Everything is good! Nothing is to be rejected! Give thanks for all things whether you judge the messenger as good or bad, right or wrong! Give thanks for the worst, as well as the best in your life, and watch as you are raised in consciousness into wholeness, oneness and freedom! Go beyond judgment and give love and thanks to everything! It is counterintuitive, but try it! The head will say this is ridiculous; the deeper heart will recognize the truth and understand. Bless your worst; give thanks for your worst; love your worst; give thanks for everything that enters your being and watch your blessings flow! Go beyond judgment to the higher view and welcome, embrace and love ALL things that come into your experience.

Most people live, whether physically, intellectually or morally, in a very restricted circle of their potential being. They make use of a very small portion of their possible consciousness, and of their soul’s resources in general, much like a man who, out of his whole bodily organism, should get into a habit of using and moving only his little finger. Great emergencies and crisis show us how much greater our vital resources are than we had supposed.” William James

“Enlighten the people generally, and tyranny and oppressions of body and mind will vanish like evil spirits at the dawn of day.” Thomas Jefferson

Great men are they who see that spiritual is stronger than any material force, that thoughts rule the world.” Emerson
