Make it Conscious

The inner journey is more important right now than anything in the external world. Go within. Be still and know that I am God. Make the unconscious conscious so you can take personal responsibility, forgive those you have blamed, and choose peace. There are only three things you must do: love, love and love! Love God. Love yourself. Love others as yourself. And the greatest of these is: Love! There is only Love and love is already who you are! God is Love. You are love. You are loved!

Bravo! Thank you for sharing the light of love shines in this post. At least in my humble opinion.

Totally get this, I find it a struggle to make this happen especially when you’ve been thinking a certain way for such a long time. I am still working on it.x

    • Thanks for your comment Chris! It seems like the only problem is believing what we are thinking! Once we stop believing our thoughts, feelings, sensations and images, we can just rest and receive what is present. Receiving goes beyond accepting what is, as acceptance assumes there is a subject and object and implies separation. Receiving what is present allows us to flow between the shores of duality and still remember we are the River of Life that is always flowing and changing and carving new shores!

This is half the battle for me, really believing certain things due to the physical pain I’m in taking over and blocking my dreams and beliefs. I’ve read, ‘The Secret’ the, ‘Teachings of Abraham’ are there any books you would recommend? I feel the more I read about it the more I’ll start believing. Thanks a lot for your reply.x

  3. Chris, pain is a doorway to the Beloved. Embracing and going within the pain with the Sun of Presence or Awareness can dissolve anything into peace. I found that instead of avoiding pain or distracting or numbing pain, physical or emotional, which increases the pain, I enter into it fully and I have always come out the other side transformed into joy and peace. Nothing is permanent, even pain or physical disorders. When you go within and let them teach you, you may find they dissolve into the nothingness they arose from. I would recommend A Course In Miracles, as it has experiential exercises to become and be, to go beyond intellectual understanding.
