Take New Wine

Critical to the body of Christ is the Blood, the Water and the Spirit of the Living God. Without these three “witnesses” within us, we may take the name but not the living, active Power to transform.

The finished work of the Cross provided the Blood of the new covenant we enter into as we come to Christ, unite (yoke), learn, and find rest in our Father as we allow God to work in us; the kingdom of God to grow and flourish within us.

Jesus taught us we must be born again of God, of Water and Spirit. We put the new wine into new wineskins and put on the new garment of Christ, not try and patch the old Adamic one (Luke 5:16-19).

“Behold, I make all things new…these words are trustworthy and true” Revelation 21:5

No longer see from a human point of view; take Christ eyes to see, Christ ears to hear, Christ’s heart to spiritually perceive. “Therefore, IF any one is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come” 2 Corinthians 5:16-17

Information has greatly increased, but it is dangerous without the transformation only the Holy Spirit and fire baptism can do. The holy bible says John baptized with water but Jesus baptizes with the Holy Spirit and fire that brings the glory; KEY for this new season.

The Bride makes herself ready (Revelation 19:7; Matthew 25:1-13) and keeps ready by continuing to be filled with the river of Water of life from the throne of God, a continuous flow of life-giving oil and fire of His presence, His light of glory. Hear and TAKE it by faith; hear and do what Jesus taught:

“Abide in Me and I in you” “IF a man does not abide in Me he is cast forth and burned in the fire” [fire increases the glory in born again believers; destroys unbelievers] “IF you abide in Me and My Words abides in you, ask and it shall be done for you. By this the Father glorified…abide in My love…abide in the Father’s Love…These things I have spoken to you, that My Joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full” (John 15:3-11).

“The gospel is veiled only to those who are perishing. In their case, the god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:3-4

We need the Presence of God within to be the light Jesus says we are to be in the world. The Holy Spirit and fire of God sent after the death, resurrection, ascension and glorification of Jesus, the exact representation of the unseen Father, brings the glory we need to live, move and have our being as God wills.

God sends his Holy Spirit to do for us what we can’t do for ourselves; the Holy Spirit transforms us into who God says we are, no longer conforming to the world. We are conformed to Christ as first borns WITH Christ, continually renewing in the glory, resting in His presence, learning and proving the Truth. The Truth sets us free to live up to who God created us to be and not down to what the world says God is or we are.

“I am crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me” Galatians 2:20

We change our way of thinking through the Power and Wisdom of Holy Spirit; allow ourselves to be defined by God who gives us our new identity in Christ and Christ in us as we wake up from spiritual death and receive the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ who is the likeness of God.

“New wine must be put onto fresh wineskins. And no one after drinking old wine desires new, for he says, ‘The old is good.’ ” Luke 5:38-39

It is hard for the new to come when the old familiar is all we know, therefore the new comes in times of great pain, tragedy, crisis, loss, or cataclysmic world events. “For we do not want you to be ignorant of the affliction…for we are so utterly, unbearably crushed that we despair of life itself [we die to our old life to find new Life in Christ] but it makes us NOT rely on ourselves but on God who raises the dead, delivers, and transfers us into the kingdom of the beloved Son” (2 Cor 1:8-22; Colossians 1:9-14).

If you are in the flood or fire, rejoice, “Count it all joy… for the full effect is to be transformed and complete, lacking nothing” (James 1:2-4). “Beloved of God he has chosen you; for our gospel COMES not only in words but also in POWER and in the HOLY SPIRIT…receive the Word in much affliction, with joy inspired by the Holy Spirit…so the Word can sound forth from you…turn to God from idols, to serve the living and true God, to receive the Son from heaven…who delivers born again believers FROM the wrath to come upon rebellious, unrepentant unbelievers” (1 Thessalonians 1:4-10 paraphrase).

“You must be born anew from above of God…of Water and of Spirit” John 3:3-21

“The Spirt and Bride say ‘Come…and take the water of life without price’ ” Rev 22:17

“Our God is a consuming fire” Hebrews 12:29

The old covenant glory faded; Moses who encountered the fire that did not consume, did not get to enter the Promised land. In the new covenant Jesus gives us the glory he received from the Father so we can be perfectly one with the Father as Christ is; we have to take it by faith and begin to move from glory to glory (2 Cor 3:3-18).

The Holy Spirit and fire of God precedes the presence, the glory, the hope fulfilled, the new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells. Take it by faith through grace; all of creation is longing for the revelation of the sons of God. The world is looking outward for solutions; the kingdom of God and his righteousness is Christ within.

“All who are led by the Holy Spirit are the sons of God” Romans 8:14

We take the finished work of the Cross by faith to reconcile with the Father so he can send us every good endowment and every perfect gift coming DOWN out of heaven from God (James 1:16-17). Do not be deceived any longer; the LAST HOUR was in John the Revelator’s time (1 John 2:18-19), BUT the Holy One anointing RECEIVED abides in you, teaches you about everything TRUE (Jesus IS the Truth; it is a person not a concept, ideology, theory or doctrine about God) and LIGHT without darkness…abide in Christ and let Christ abide in you (1 John 2:20-27).

“The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Lo, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you, within” Luke 17:20-21

Christ comes and knocks on the door of your heart; those who hear open the door and let him in, become intimate in union (unite not merge); the two become one new creature of the new creation of the new covenant. IF we conquer unbelief we are granted to sit with Christ in heavenly places as we walk the earth carrying his glory presence, the free gift of God given in sacrificial love because of our great value to God.

Take the new name; sing the new song; live, move and have your being in the new wineskin flowing with the new wine. There is no other Way than Jesus to the Father; there is no darkness or lie in the Truth of Jesus; there is no eternal life than entering the Life of Jesus to know the Father and his Christ.

To God be the glory, majesty, dominion, power, wisdom, might, praise, worship, honor, blessing, and thanks, now and forever and ever! Amen. Hallelujah! (Revelation 5:12; 7:12; 19:1-16; Jude 1:24).

  1. In the NEW we do not raise a snake up on a pole; we enter into the Holy One who was raised on the tree to die to the old way of humans, to be raised back to God in glory so he can enter into us, so we can be a tree of life, on the Vine, flowing with the river of water of life on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

  3. It’s all about the Lord and His finished work. The Father draws us to His Son; His Son brings us to the Father. All done by the power of the Holy Spirit revealed to us one by one. Thank you.
