In Training

“Every one who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a child. But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their faculties trained by practice to distinguish good from evil. Let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity” Hebrews 5:11-14, 6:1

Milk and honey was for the old covenant under the law before the fullness of time when Jesus came, died, was buried, resurrected, ascended, glorified at right hand of the Father and sent Holy Spirit to be with you forever which the world cannot receive because it neither SEES him nor KNOWS him; you will know him when he comes to dwell WITH YOU and IN YOU.

God does not leave you desolate, orphan-spirited, widow-spirited, or alone; Christ comes to you (John 14:16-19) with the new covenant, the result of the finished work of the Cross: new wine in new wineskins, to wear the new garment of the Spirit, a golden lampstand put within, lit by the lamp of the Lamb of God; a new shining city with Christ in you, God’s glory within, his fire around you; protecting and providing for His beloveds. “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me” “I am the righteousness of God with Christ Jesus” We don’t go back to the garden of eden where the serpent had free access; we see and enter the kingdom of God, a new heaven and new earth, the land prepared for those who let go of the old. If you have never tasted the new wine, you say the old is good.

“Do not be deceived. Every good endowment and every perfect gift comes down from the Father of lights” (James 1:16-17). “See to it that no one makes a prey of you by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the universe, and not according to Christ. For in him is the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and you come to fullness of life IN HIM” Colossians 2:8-10, 20-23

The Trainer is the Holy Spirit and fire of God. Our God is a consuming fire, burning up all the dross, rust, chaff, wood, hay and stubble inside that we have ingested from the world conditioning, religious formations, media programming, and everything that was a mixture instead of the pure gold refined by fire, white as snow garment washed in the Blood, eye salve to see and discern as Christ sees from the pure river of water of life from the throne (Hebrews 12:28-29; 1 Cor 3:11-17; Revelation 3:18, 22:1-17).

“I write this to you about those who would deceive you; but the anointing you receive from Him abides in you…just as it has taught you, abide in Him” 1 John 2:20, 26-27

The Teacher is the Holy One anointing that teaches us everything that is true and no lie, no mixture, all light with no darkness at all, all holy, perfect, pure Spirit of the Lord, Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, Counsel and Might, Knowledge of God and his Glory, Reverential Awe and Wonder and Miracles. The Spirit of God teaches us all things and bring to our remembrance all that Jesus said. His Peace keeps our heart from  being troubled; His Love keeps our heart from being afraid. He comes to those who come to Him; He went to the Father so His Spirit could come to live in us (John 14:16-28). The Holy Spirit upon, with and in us leads us in the Way, the Truth and the Life of God; apart from Him we can do nothing pure, holy, godly, righteous, or perfect; with Christ we can do all things as he strengthens us; with God all things are possible. “Do not fear; only believe”

Spiritual training by the Holy Spirit trains your spiritual senses: awakened, opened, quickened, activated, and trained to hear the Father, see what he is doing on the earth, see the Light of Christ, smell the fragrance of Christ, taste and see the Goodness of His Heavenly Gift (Christ in you; the Word alive in you) as you partake of the Holy Spirit and fire; the powers of the age to come (Hebrews 6:4-5).

We come to Christ as a child; born anew of God by water of life and Spirit to see and enter His Kingdom of the Beloved Son; delivered from the dominion of darkness by the Blood of the Lamb; transferred to a new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells (in Christ and Christ in you).

“I saw no temple in the city for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of an external light, for the glory of God is its light, and its lamp is the Lamb” Revelation 21:22-23

“Do you not know that YOU are God’s temple and God’s Spirit dwells in you” 1 Cor 3:16

“Receive NOT the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from God to understand…taught by the Spirit NOT HUMAN WISDOM…receive the gifts of the Spirit of God…spiritually discerned” 1 Cor 2:10-16

“You are NOT in the flesh IF in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Any one who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him” Romans 8:5-9

The Bride, the wife of the Lamb, belongs to Christ, the one, perfect, holy Husband and lives in the Father’s House on earth as it is in heaven now, and is to come in His unmanifest Glory. His Presence is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient; his manifest Presence in in his beloveds.

“Those who were not my people I call ‘my people,’ and her who was not beloved I call ‘my beloved’…called ‘sons of the living God’ ” Romans 9:25-26

God allures, woos, courts those in the lowest valleys of despair, speaks tenderly to her; gives her His Vineyards; grows the Vine of Christ in her; the Door of Hope, Faith, Love, Healing, Deliverance, and Freedom. We answer by opening the door when He comes to us bringing His Food and Drink: His Word and Spirit River to eat and drink with Him (Rev 3:20). “And in that day you will call me, ‘My husband’…I will betroth you to me for ever…in righteousness, justice, steadfast love, mercy, faithfulness; and YOU SHALL KNOW THE LORD” Hosea 2:14-23

“Knowing” God is not informational but relational.

“I establish a NEW covenant…put My teaching into your mind, write on your heart and I will be your God, and you My people. And they shall not teach or say, ‘Know the Lord’ for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest…as old covenant [old heavens and earth] vanishes away” (Hebrews 8:1-13; 2 Peter 3:13)

The Throne of Majesty sets His true tent in you, Christ in you, no more types and shadows…much more excellent than the old with better promises (Hebrews 8:1-13). The true light that enlightens all coming into the world, now comes into you; make sure you can hear the knock when it comes to your heart door (John 1:9; Rev 3:20-21).

Come out of the world system; turn to Jesus; surrender, forgive, repent; return to the Father; receive the Spirit and fire of God; transform, conform to Christ with the new Mind, Heart and Will of Christ to do the Will of the Father; a new city, a light house of God, empowered and embodied by the Spirit of God.
