Jesus made us a kingdom, and made us priests and kings in His kingdom (Revelation 1:5-6, 5:10),
where he is King of kings and Lord of lords,
King of Glory with the Father of Glory,
who is above the highest heavens
and in the humbled hearts of those who come to Christ.
In the glory the Father and Son are perfectly one
and call us to receive the glory fire light of God’s presence to be one with God and his Christ (John 17:20-23);
unveiled to see and behold the glory of the Lord, to be changed into Christ likeness in the image of God (2 Corinthians 3:12-18),
to be in this world, as Christ is (1 John 4:17).
” A kingdom divided cannot stand”
The church has been infiltrated with the kingdoms of this world,
the same kingdoms satan tempted Jesus with in the wilderness, before he started his ministry.
It is time for the church to go back to the basics:
the Word and the Spirit of God,
and stop going back to the old covenant,
or mixing the old and new,
“new wine must be put in new wineskins” Luke 5:37-39
“do not patch the old garment, take it off, and put on the new garment of Christ” Luke 5:36
Wait until you are clothed with Power from on high; the promise of our Father (Luke 24:49)
It seems to me that the problem of the lack of “unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:3) in today’s church is the direct result of the lack of preaching, teaching and praying for Jesus’ baptism for those who come to faith in Jesus, to attain the Faith of Jesus by His baptism of Holy Spirit and fire, to do the works Jesus did, the Will of the Father, and the greater works that Jesus says we are to do since he returned to the Father (John 14:12-14).
John the Baptist said, “I baptize you with water, but he who is mightier than I is coming…he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire…and the chaff he burns with unquenchable fire” Luke 3:16
The fire dissolves the old and the Spirit forms the new when we remain in Christ, on the Vine, as branches that are pruned, and anything not produced by Christ in you, is burned (John 15:1-11).
“God is a consuming fire” Hebrews 12:29
Born again believers in Jesus don’t come to the fire of judgment (Hebrews 12:18), but to Christ Himself in Spirit, in the new covenant, as a new creature in Christ, to hear and do the Will of the Father as a son of God, led by the Holy Spirit, as everything is shaken and dissolved by fire until only the kingdom of God is left within you that cannot be shaken; where we praise, worship and meet with God in the glory realm, with reverential awe as God tabernacles with us in our innermost spiritual heart, the holy of holies, where we worship in Spirit and Truth (Hebrews 12:22-29)
God our Father will give us His Spirit, and breathe His Life into us, and baptize us with the Holy Spirit and fire baptism of the Son, when we ask and receive Him. “You do not have because you do not ask” You do not ask because you don’t really believe. The problem with the “so-called church” is they do not really believe what Jesus said and taught. Some churches don’t know the bible and some don’t know the Spirit. Both are lacking and causing division; some have substituted religion instead of intimate relationship with the Word and Spirit.
The FIRST step towards unity and peace is the baptism of Holy Spirit and fire, before the divisions deepen and the shalom of Jesus is unattainable: complete in Christ, saved, whole, healed, delivered, free, nothing broken, nothing missing, nothing lacking, and nothing impossible with God.
Jesus says, “be holy as your Father is holy” and “be perfect as your Father is perfect”
This is IMPOSSIBLE without the baptism of Jesus.
It is time for the preaching, teaching, and praying for the baptism of Jesus for every church leader and church member:
the Holy Spirit and fire baptism
to unite the church into the one body and one Spirit of Christ (Ephesians 4:4)
Christ as Head and our God and Father above all (Ephesians 4:6).
Then we can pray in righteousness for all to come to the Way, Truth and Life, repent and return to our God and Father of glory; for all to be filled with the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 1:16-23; Colossians 2:2-10).
God is calling all prodigal children and spouses Home, to be welcomed with open arms of steadfast Love no matter how far astray they have gone; given the new garment, the spirit of sonship, the baptism of Jesus, celebrate the wedding feast of the Lamb, and sent out to spread the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, carrying the fiery presence of God and the living water of Christ to a hungry, thirsty world who don’t know they are really hungering and thirsting for righteousness, for we were created in God’s image and likeness, and only a return to righteousness will satisfy and fulfill the human soul.
