Do you want to be free, totally free? Are you tired, weary, ready to give up, heavy-laden with burdens you were never meant to carry? does your situation seem hopeless? do you think it is impossible to overcome what you are facing? do you feel alone in your time of trouble? do you feel you have to hide who you are and what you are going through because no one could help or understand? do you wonder why you are here and what is the point of life? are you lost or have lost it all? are you broken or at your breaking point? are you hurting, hurt, wounded or facing a difficult diagnosis or loss? are you addicted or enslaved to something you cannot overcome? have you given up?
Look up and cry out to the One, “Jesus if you are real, show me. Help me Jesus!”
There is only One who can set you FREE to be who God created you to be; take away what was never “you” to begin with, and HELP you to do what God created you to do. Not one, no, not one can do for you what Jesus can do, has done, and will continue to do until the Day when all will know and many will wish they could die and cannot.
Eternal light of life in Christ, in the Presence of God our Father, is eternal life with our First Love. Separation from our First Love is eternal darkness. Return to our First Love before the Door is closed and the Holy Spirit is taken from this world (Matthew 25:10 (1-13); Revelation 8:6-9:21; 1 Thessalonians 1:7-3:15).
“If people refuse to obey the Word, have nothing to do with them…warn them” 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15. “They take offense at Jesus…He sends us out and gives us authority over unclean spirits…Take nothing but Christ in you [the two become one in Christ]…If they refuse to receive the Word and refuse to hear you, when you leave, shake off the dust on your feet…Go out and preach repentance [turn from the ways of this world to the Way of Jesus]. And cast out many demons and anoint with oil those who are sick and heal them” Mark 6:3b-13.
“I have given you The Words; the world hates you because you are no longer of this world, even as Christ Jesus is not of this world…Sanctify them in the Truth, Thy Word is Truth, Heavenly Father. As Thou sent Me into the world, so I send you into the world” John 17:14-18.
In Christ we are no longer of this world, but of the kingdom of God and his righteousness; a citizen of heaven living on earth to carry the kingdom of the Son of Righteousness, the power and glory of Christ in you to those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. “Christ we proclaim, warning every one and teaching every one in all wisdom, that we may present every one mature in Christ” Colossians 1:28. First, salvation is found in Jesus, to know you are going to heaven for eternity; then Christ in you, heaven comes in you, to carry the Victory, the finished work of the Cross; carrying the Healer the Deliverer, the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, to carry the Light of Christ into the darkness.
“Every time I tried to make it on my own
Every time I tried to stand and start to fall
All those lonely roads that I have travelled on
There was Jesus
When the life I built came crashing to the ground
When the friends I had were nowhere to be found
I couldn’t see it then but I can see it now
There was Jesus
In the waiting, in the searching; In the healing, and the hurting
Like a blessing buried in the broken pieces
Every minute, every moment Of where I been and where I’m going; Even when I didn’t know it Or couldn’t see it
There was Jesus
For this man who needs amazing kind of grace
For forgiveness at a price I couldn’t pay
I’m not perfect, so I thank God every day there was Jesus
On the mountain, in the valleys (There was Jesus) In the shadows of the alleys (There was Jesus) In the fire, in the flood (There was Jesus)
Always is and always was.
I never walk alone”

In a world of lukewarm religion and a watered down gospel, the power of the Cross stands blazing with fire to transform those who come to Jesus in desperation. Perhaps that is why we are called to prisons and hospitals, while the “comfortable” debate theology and rabbis debate what the bible so clearly speaks to redeemed hearts through the Holy Spirit, not to those who are only playing church. They say all the “right” words but their heart is closed to Jesus. That is why He shows up to those who are in despair of life, they are broken by life’s circumstances and in God’s great mercy, grace and glory, Jesus comes to show God’s Power in our brokenness and weakness. God is Able!
“He can take the biggest mess and make it into the biggest message”
“Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all things of Christ are given to you”
If you can’t stand for righteousness, you will fall for anything.
“Do not conform to this world” but transform by giving Jesus your old mind, heart and motivations, and take the Mind of Christ that will renew in and through you.
Ask God our Father for the baptism of Jesus: Holy Spirit and fire, Power to destroy the past, dissolve the old nature, and form the new nature of Christ in you.
“If any one is in Christ they are a new creation, the old has passed away, behold, the new has come”
Do not fear, only believe. “Did I not tell you if you only believe you will see the glory of God?” “Blessed are the pure in heart for they see God” and only Jesus can give you a pure heart from your broken one.
“We were so utterly, unbearably crushed that we despaired of life itself. We felt that we received the sentence of death; but that was to make us rely not on ourselves, but on God, who raises the dead, delivers us…on Him we set our hope…many will give thanks for the blessings granted” 2 Corinthians 1:8-11
