Responding in Prayer

Instead of reacting in fear, we respond in love. Knowing the Truth, we respond in prayer: praying in faith, trusting in God our Father; knowing Jesus has conquered sin, death and the works of the devil, overcame the world, and our Father triumphed over evil in Christ and the finished work of the Cross. We pray for all to come to repentance. We pray for all to come to Jesus and find rest for their souls in salvation, redemption, the forgiveness of sins; able to forgive others as we have been forgiven, and be delivered from evil. Know the Truth and the Truth sets you free from the lies that keep you in bondage to evil and the works of darkness.

We have Living Hope in Jesus. “Come to Me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). “Abide in Me and I in you…If you abide in Me and My Words abide in you, ask and receive, to give glory to our Father” (John 15:7-8).  “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” In Christ you are never alone. We have Living Faith in Jesus. “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, come to God our Father through Me. I will pray the Father and he will send you another Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Strength, Guide, Counsel, Teacher, Advocate, Best Friend, Mentor, Accountability Partner, Powerful Wisdom and Understanding, Knowledge of God and his glory, Reverential Awe and Wonder.” Awe and wonder in all that God has done, and is doing that you can’t see, and will continue to do through Christ in, and through you, by the Holy Spirit. We are called to keep our mind staying in Christ, trusting God, and our Father will keep us in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3), to pray and intercede for others FROM the Peace of God in Christ. Jesus tells us, “In the world you will have tribulation, but IN ME you will have peace; be of good cheer for I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). “Yoke to Christ and rejoice! again rejoice! for the Lord is at hand. Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything make your requests known to God our Father with prayer and supplication and thanksgiving, and the Peace of God that surpasses understanding will keep your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus” (Matthew 11:28-29; Philippians 4:2-7).

We have Living Faith in Jesus. Unlike human beings whose word is their bond but are tempted to sin, Jesus is The Word with no sin and it is rock-solid truth and no lies, light and no darkness, goodness without any evil; merciful and mighty, gracious and gloriously victorious! “I will never leave nor forsake you…Do not fear, do not let your heart be troubled…I prepared a place for you…I will come to you and take you to Myself that where I am you may be also.” Faith is the confidence and evidence of the unseen, the substance and assurance of hope. Faith, hope, and the steadfast love of God do not fail or disappoint, for in Christ there is found 100% Faith in God our Father, and Living Hope that does not disappoint or make your heart sick, but Christ in you is a tree of life; the two become one new creature of the new creation of the new covenant of Jesus’ Blood. Through the great, unfailing love of God, who loves EVERY human being he created, he sent the Son, the Christ appointed for you, the Messiah for all people, races, tribes, tongues and nations, who died for us EVEN while we were still sinners. Through the sacrificial love of the Son of God on the Cross, took away our sins and gave us his resurrection life and Spirit, The Word, The Sword of the Spirit we now use in spiritual battle.

Be strong IN THE LORD and in the strength of HIS MIGHT. Put on the whole armor of God [of Light, of the Lord Jesus Christ] that you may be able to STAND against the schemes, devices, evil plans, wiles, and guise of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the evil principalities, against the dark powers, against world rulers of this present darkness [referencing yesterday’s blog on China publishing an altered bible blaspheming God; attributing words anti-Christ to Jesus; and twisting and changing the actual words of President Trump to slander and discredit him to keep him from exposing the hidden world leaders of darkness and the radical left’s takeover of the democratic party, taking God out of the platform, for ungodly laws and unbiblical values, and destroying America the republic under God and reset to communism taking away our God-given rights, freedoms, liberties, justice under righteousness that exalts a nation, falls under sin (Proverbs 14:34)], against the spiritual hosts of wickedness [those hosting anti-Christ spirits]. Therefore TAKE the whole armor of God, that you may be able to WITHSTAND in the present evil day, and having done all, to STAND. Stand therefore, girded with Truth, Righteousness, the Gospel of Peace, the shield of Faith to keep the evil one’s flaming darts from piercing and harming you. And take Salvation to protect your mind like a helmet, and pray at all times in the Spirit, in the Word, the Sharp Sword of the Spirit. KEEP ALERT with all perseverance and PRAY” (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Pray for the saints and the sinners, the found and the lost, those who bless you and those who hurt you. Jesus did not condemn the woman caught in adultery, but he gently confronted the angry, self-righteous mob who wanted to stone her according to the laws of Judaism (the law given to Moses was given for those who were separated by God by sin; consigning all to disobedience under the law, that God may have mercy upon all Romans 11:12-36), but Jesus is the Son, the Savior, the propitiation for sin, the Christ, the Holy Anointed One of God, the Spirit of the Lord was upon him, anointed to bring Good News, bind up the broken hearted, FREE those in bondage, prisoners of their own fallen mind and captive to sin. So Jesus knelt down and most likely wrote a list of sins committed by every person in the angry mob, and said, “Whoever is without sin, throw the first stone” and one by one, the oldest first (maybe a longer time to commit more sins?), they put down their stones and left. When it was only Jesus left with the woman, he said, “I do not condemn you, go and SIN NO MORE.” For the truth is ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory, but the Truth is Jesus is the Truth and the Way to God our Father as he reconciled us with God through the Blood and Water of his broken, pierced body on the “cursed tree” of fallen Adam, the Cross of Christ that changed EVERYTHING: the only way our Holy God could restore holiness and righteousness to his people in the fullness of time. Now one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years are as one day, and it is always today, now, until you come to Jesus, and the Eternal Day of Christ found in Christ through the Redemption, the forgiveness of sins. God is not slow about his Promise of a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells, but is forbearing towards you, not wishing that any should perish, but that ALL would reach repentance (2 Peter 3:8-13). “Therefore, beloved, since you wait, be zealous and be found by him without spot or blemish and AT PEACE [gain Christ and be found IN HIM (Philippians 3:1-20)] And count the forbearance of our Lord as salvation…Some things are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable TWIST to their own destruction, as they do the Scriptures. You, therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, don’t get carried away with the error of lawlessness (obeying man’s unjust, ungodly laws and the evil one’s legalism instead of obeying God’s Law in Christ under the law of the Spirit of Life) and lose your own stability. But grow in grace and knowledge of God and his glory, of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen” 2 Peter3:14-18).

Those who have the Son have the Father; those who know the Son know the Father and those who know the Father and his Christ, the Son, have eternal life. Those who have the Son have life; those who do not have the Son do not have life, but come to life together with Christ when you die to sin and come alive to righteousness through the Cross of Jesus (1 Peter 2:24) together with Christ. The kingdom of God is righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, all things are added unto you. In Christ and Christ in you, we are NEVER alone, not forsaken, nothing lacking, nothing missing, nothing limited or partial or unjust, nothing broken, nothing fallen, nothing dark or evil, nothing to fear but fear itself, nothing impossible!

God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a Spirit of power and of love and of the Sound Mind of Christ! We give God our Father and his Christ all thanks and honor, praise, worship, glory, dominion, power and authority!

  1. God bless all God-fearing patriots, trusting God, speaking the Truth in Love even when it is unpopular; it takes courage to go against the world system, especially when people have no idea the battles you face in private, that keep your soul clinging to Christ, trusting God as Father, trusting ascended glorified Christ Jesus as Husband, as our Covering; trusting Holy Spirit as our Wisdom and Power. We pray for all who are suffering from illness in this time of trouble, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Jesus is the Great Physician and I trust Jesus!

    • Thank you Roger! God richly bless you, and keep you, and make his Face shine upon you, be gracious unto you, lift his Countenance upon you, and give you his Peace

        • the Aaronic blessing is not ironic (mocked by the ungodly and anti-Christ) but fulfilled in Christ! thank you Abba Father!
And just to be clear: no one could keep the ten commandments (Romans 11:12) before the Cross of Christ and no one can keep them before we deny ourself, pick up our cross and follow Jesus to His Cross, die to sin, come alive to righteousness by the same Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead, who is able to keep us on the Vine kept by the Vinedresser, pruning us as needed. No one can keep the full ten commandments unless Jesus keeps them in us, by the Power of His Blood and Name we have to take willingly; never forced on us; and in close personal relationship, we yoke to him, unite/join with Christ Jesus and he becomes the strength in our weakness, and submitted to God our Father, yielded to the Holy Spirit, we can’t bear to hurt our Father, and we would never want to displease our God and Father so we obey His Will on earth as it is in heaven, but if we do sin, Holy Spirit checks our spirit, and we have an eternal Advocate in Jesus, the only Mediator. The new covenant is not a license to sin because Jesus forgives sins, NO!, it is not freedom to sin because of grace, NO!; it is freedom from sin by faith through grace as the new covenant is even more stringent than the old covenant: anger longer than a day is considered murder, lusting is considered adultery, etc. but that is because the Cross changed everything and in Jesus’ Blood and Name we have everything we need AND God sends Another, even the Spirit of Truth, so God has us completely covered, but we can’t do ANYTHING apart from Christ. When it gets darker and more sinful in this world, grace abounds more, so that all who come to Jesus are forgiven in His Blood and Name. Satan is a legalist, but Jesus canceled the bond against us along with its legal demands, nailing them on the Cross, disarming the principalities and powers of darkness, triumphing over them publicly in Christ Jesus (Colossians 2:11-15).
          Thank God for Jesus!

          • amen I agree, The Ten are set for a standard to go by, we can keep none hardly with out the Spirit of Truth, just so many trying to do away with the word in which we cannot be blessed or survive, because the word is Jesus Christ if you deny the word you denied the son, and he said if we deny him he would deny us before the father, to many today want to see how much sin they can get by with, and I had rather not disappoint him by committing willful sin, just so much lawlessness pushing its way in, because we have turned from the word, it is a great word forgive me for making it complicated and still didn’t get out what I meant right. God richly bless you Yvonne

Thank you for these wonderful words, as needed today, by me, and all.
