O Come All Ye Faithful

“The Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful” Revelation 17:14

“I am not ashamed of the gospel: it is the Power of God for salvation to every one who has FAITH…For in it the righteousness of God is revealed through FAITH for FAITH; as it is written, ‘He who THROUGH FAITH is righteous shall live.’ “

The righteous shall live by FAITH. Now faith is the ASSURANCE and SUBSTANCE of things hoped for, the CONVICTION, CONFIDENCE, EVIDENCE of things not yet seen. By FAITH divine approval was received. By FAITH we understand that the world was created by the Word of God, so that what was seen was made out of things which do not appear…God has foreseen something BETTER FOR US, but apart from Christ is nothing (Hebrews 11:1-40).

For with God nothing is impossible…Let it be to us according to your Word! (Luke 1:37-38). Without FAITH it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). The Promises of God do not come through the law but through the RIGHTEOUSNESS of FAITH. It depends on FAITH in order that the PROMISE may rest on GRACE, and be guaranteed to all God’s born again children. In the Presence of God in whom we believe, he gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist. No distrust makes us waver concerning the promises of God, but we grow STRONG in FAITH as we give the glory to God, FULLY CONVINCED that God is able to do what he has promised. That is why true FAITH is reckoned to us as RIGHTEOUSNESS, reckoned to us who BELIEVE in God our Father and his HOLY Spirit that raised Jesus our Lord from the dead; raised for our justification (just as if we had NEVER sinned). Therefore since we are justified BY FAITH, we have PEACE with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Jesus we have obtained ACCESS to this grace in which we STAND (Romans 4:13-5:5).

Our Lord God the omnipotent reigns, and he shall reign forever and ever and ever. Amen. Hallelujah!

Thank you for this gift of song 🎁 I love Christmas carols 🎢 and listen to them all year long 🎧

I watched a TV documentary about Silent Night yesterday evening. It was really moving to hear how a little musical poem written by a humble country priest in Austria to give hope to his faithful flock of poor villagers, soon became a worldwide hit still beloved to this day. I also appreciate the similarity to how the word of God incarnated in a humble man in Judea and spread worldwide to save all mankind πŸ™ God is so mighty and his will is wonderful!
