“Keep pressing onward beyond your fears”
Move from the fall to the upward call of God into Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14).
“Delight yourself in the Lord and continue to rejoice that you are in Him…The true circumcision worship God in spirit and by the Spirit of God and exult and glory and pride yourselves in Jesus Christ, and put no confidence in external appearances…Count everything as loss compared to the possession of the priceless privilege (the overwhelming preciousness, the surpassing worth, and supreme advantage) of KNOWING Christ Jesus as your Lord and of progressively becoming more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him [of perceiving and recognizing and understanding Him more fully and clearly]. For His sake lose everything, considering it to be mere rubbish (refuse, dregs), in order that you may win (gain) Christ (the Anointed One) and be found IN HIM…possessing the genuine righteousness which comes through faith in Christ (the Anointed One), truly right-standing WITH GOD, which comes from God by saving faith. Let your determined purpose be to KNOW Him [that you progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Christ, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the WONDERS of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that you may come to KNOW the outflowing from His resurrection [which is exerted over believers], and that in sharing His sufferings be continually TRANSFORMED [in spirit into His likeness…ATTAINING the spiritual and moral resurrection that LIFTS you out from the dead while in the body…Press on to make Christ your own, because Christ Jesus the Messiah makes you his own when he gives you HIS SPIRIT” Philippians 3:1-12 AMPC; Romans 8:9 RSV
The Spirit of God will reveal to you what eye has not seen, ear has not heard, heart has not yet spiritually perceived, for those who love God and are called to His Purpose (1 Corinthians 2:6-10; Romans 8:28-30). “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see” ~Jesus in Luke 10:23
“Take delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act” Psalm 37:4
“May he give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed” Psalm 20:4
Jesus says, “Abide in Me, and I in you” in John 15:4
“It is to be feared that there are many earnest followers of Jesus from whom the meaning of this word, with the blessed experience it promises, is very much hidden. While trusting their Savior for pardon and help, and seeking to some extent to obey Him, they have hardly realized to what closeness of union, to what intimacy of fellowship, to what wondrous oneness of life and interest He invited them to when He said, “Abide in Me.” This is not only an unspeakable loss to themselves, but the Church and the world suffer in what they lose” ~Andrew Murray
“Character determines how a man interprets God’s Will…God can purify your faith…God can break you from those traditions that misrepresent Him. There are many beliefs to be gotten rid of…the devil’s lies…not the true nature of God. If the devil can hinder you from taking the supreme climb and getting rid of wrong traditions about God, he will do so; but if we keep true to God, God will take us THROUGH an ordeal which will bring us out into a better knowledge of Himself…Are you prepared to do anything for God?…If you remain true to God, God will lead you straight THROUGH every barrier into the inner chamber of the knowledge of Himself; but there is always this point of GIVING UP convictions and traditional beliefs…Remain true to God, and God will purify your faith” ~Oswald Chambers
Pioneers leave the fear behind and follow only God alone.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us IN CHRIST with EVERY spiritual blessing in the heavenly places” Ephesians 1:3
“His divine Power has granted to us ALL things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who calls us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great PROMISES, that through these you may escape the corruption in the world, and become PARTAKERS of the divine nature” 2 Peter 1:3-4
