1 Corinthians chapter 1 in the Amplified Classic, AMP C, is pure gold! and when we believe, eat, ingest, and digest the Holy Words, the inspired Words by the Holy Spirit and the Living and Abiding Words of Jesus, the Word of God made flesh, the Seed of Jesus is not only planted in your soul, His imperishable Seed in your soul to grow, mature, blossom, fruit, and flourish Christ in your soul, growing up in EVERY way into the Head of the one Body and one Spirit of God, into Christ,
but also the Holy Spirit and fire of the Words of Jesus, the fiery glory light, fire light and power, is able to burn all the weeds (Matthew 13:36-42), burn all the tares, dross, chaff of all that is unclean, unrighteous, and ungodly “weeds” like lies, deception, manipulation, corrupted beliefs, false beliefs, counterfeit spirits, twisted thoughts, distorted feelings, perverted desires, ungodly choices, and defilements of satan’s tree of the knowledge of good and evil, burning them up root to branch (Malachi 3:1-3, 4:1-3) by God who is our consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29); by Christ as He now is (Revelation 1:12-18) so we can be as He is now, in this world (1 John 4:17)
kept growing and maturing the new tree of righteousness, an oak of righteousness, the planting of the Lord Jesus Christ (Isaiah 61:3; Matthew 13:3-35) watered by the River of Water of Life out of Risen Christ Jesus’ Fountain of Water of Life (Revelation 21:6,23, 22:1-5,17); the bride who makes herself ready for her betrothed One Husband (Revelation 19:7; Matthew 25:1-13; 2 Corinthians 11:2b).
The Spirit and the Bride say come, thirst, desire, and take the Water of Life as Jesus said when He came to earth the first time, “Blessed and fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied!” Matthew 5:6 AMP C
Jesus told us how to be blessed, fortunate, happy, spiritually prosperous in spirit and soul and body, to be envied, provoke jealousy to also ask and receive, seek and find, knock and the Door is opened, with life Joy of Jesus’ finished work of the Cross despite external circumstances, satisfied with God’s grace, favor, and salvation, happiness and satisfaction receiving the abundance of grace and free gift of righteousness through Jesus to reign in life, receiving the revelation of Jesus the Christ, apocalypse, veil lifted, unveiled to see, unveiled to hear, unveiled to perceive what the Spirit is saying to the “churches” those who belong to Risen Christ Jesus, having His Spirit, members of His one Body, united to Christ having one Spirit, happy and blithesome and joyous, enjoying with enviable fortune restored, rejoicing and glad at what God created NOW through Jesus’ death and resurrection, glad and supremely joyful at what God did through Jesus, accomplished IN CHRIST:
“Then Jesus opened His mouth and taught them, saying:
3 Blessed (happy, [a]to be envied, and [b]spiritually prosperous—[c]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!
4 Blessed and enviably happy [with a [d]happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted!
5 Blessed (happy, blithesome, joyous, [e]spiritually prosperous—[f]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the meek (the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth!
6 Blessed and fortunate and happy and [g]spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God [h]enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be [i]completely satisfied!
7 Blessed (happy, [j]to be envied, and [k]spiritually prosperous—[l]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy!
8 Blessed (happy, [m]enviably fortunate, and [n]spiritually prosperous—possessing the [o]happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!
9 Blessed (enjoying [p]enviable happiness, [q]spiritually prosperous—[r]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers and [s] maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!
10 Blessed and happy and [t]enviably fortunate and [u]spiritually prosperous [v](in the state in which the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!
11 Blessed (happy, [w]to be envied, and [x]spiritually prosperous—[y]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account.
12 Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you.
13 You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltness be restored? It is not good for anything any longer but to be thrown out and trodden underfoot by men.
14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house” Matthew 5:2-15 AMP C
The lamp of the Risen Lamb of God has the oil of the Holy Spirit, lit with the fire of Risen Christ’s Presence, glory fire light and power, for eyes to see the Bridegroom (Revelation 21:23; Luke 11:33-36; 1 Corinthians 2:9-10), to see Risen Christ Jesus’ Glory with unveiled face to be changing into His likeness from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:14-18); who pours the true light of the gospel of the glory of Risen Christ Jesus into your earthen vessel (2 Corinthians 4:4-7) not into unbelievers in whom the “god of this world” blinds minds (4:4),
but to born again believers, who give all of themselves to Jesus, you are given of Fountain of Risen Christ Jesus on the Throne (Revelation 21:6), given of the resurrection life and Spirit of the Risen Word of God, Jesus (John 6:63), His life into your body, into your mortal flesh (2 Corinthians 4:10b,11b), making you a new holy temple of God where Holy Sprit dwells within (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 6:19-20) that you have from God the Father and Son who are one (John 10:30),
and Risen Jesus the Christ, the one Husband of the pure betrothed bride who makes Him her Head (2 Corinthians 11:2b; Ephesians 4:15, 5:23; Colossians 2:9-10) brings you to fullness of Life in Christ (2:10); in Christ you also…(2:11-15) given the Victory over sin and death and the works of the devil (1 Corinthians 15:56-57) asking, receiving, seeking, finding, knocking and opening, so Christ your Husband sanctifies you wholly, cleanses you from all unrighteousness, washes you with His pure Water of His Words, makes you spotless, holy (set apart), perfect (lacking nothing of Risen Christ), blameless, irreproachable, with no wrinkles, blemishes, or any such thing; joining you to Himself, making you a member of His One Body (Ephesians 5:23-30); the profound mystery of “two made one” FOUND in Christ and His true churches (5:31-32) who have His one Spirit as a part, member of His one Body (Ephesians 2:6,13-22) made a new habitation for God in the Spirit (2:22),
who listen and hear what the Spirit says to you (Revelation chapter 2-4) so you can praise, worship, and give all the glory to the Father of Glory, invisible Glory, and His Son Risen Christ Jesus, the visible Glory (Revelation chapter 4-5) giving Glory to the Risen Lamb of God who gives you of His Glory (John 17:22-223),
gives you of His grace and fire and glory power to be able to conquer unbelief and have all that the Father gave to His Son Jesus (Romans 8:32) when Jesus was lifted up He draws all to Himself (John 12:32), therefore, come out of this present dark world system (Revelation 18:4) and come to Christ, come and see Risen Christ Jesus, the Risen Lamb of God on His Throne! as He now is, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the resurrecting Word and the resurrecting Spirit of the Living and Abiding God (1 Peter 1:23) who remains forever! (1:25); Christ who remains forever (John 12:34)! not all have to die physically before they see the Glory (Matthew 16:28; Luke 9:27; Mark 9:1), and the Words of Jesus remain forever (Matthew 24:34-35)! the NEW covenant under His Blood remains forever! Jesus’ better faultless covenant with much more excellent PROMISES remains forever (Hebrews 8:6-8)! His new creation in Christ, the old gone and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17)!
God’s new heaven and new earth and crystal clear FRESH new Water of Life IN CHRIST remains forever before the Throne (Isaiah 66:23-24) and is sent down without variation or shadow due to change after the Cross of Jesus, by God’s Will and Word of Truth, Jesus, to bring forth as a NEW kind of first fruit (James 1:16-18) all who truly believe Jesus and believe what He did on His Cross, and believe Him who sent Jesus, and don’t deny the Name of Jesus, the Name Above every name that can be named in heaven and on earth, Christ the Living One alive forevermore with the Keys to close the doors to satan and open the Door to Abba Father and the riches of glory of the Son of Righteousness on the Throne, the Risen Lamb of God who is the Lord of lords and King of kings, the Holy Anointed One, Christ the Messiah, Christ the King of kings and Lord of lords, both the Word and the Spirit of God, both the Wisdom and Power of God, Christ the betrothed Bridegroom to the pure bride, the redeemed bride, whose purified soul is planted, growing, watered, fed, nourished, nurtured, cherished, maturing, blossoming with the fragrance of Risen Christ who always leads her soul in triumph (2 Corinthians 2:14-15) life to life in Christ and Christ in you, unlike those who persist in unbelief who go from death to death apart from Christ (2:16).
“Born anew…Who are being guarded (garrisoned) by God’s Power through [your] faith [till you fully inherit that [c]final] salvation that is ready to be revealed [for you] in the last time. 6 [You should] be exceedingly glad on this account, though now for a little while you may be distressed by trials and suffer temptations, So that [the genuineness] of your faith may be tested, [your faith] which is infinitely more precious than the perishable gold which is tested and purified by fire. [This proving of your faith is intended] to redound to [your] praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) is revealed…It was then disclosed to them that the services they were rendering were not meant for themselves and their period of time, but for you. [It is these very] things which have now already been made known plainly to you by those who preached the good news (the Gospel) to you by the [same] Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Into these things [the very] angels long to look!
13 So brace up your minds; be sober (circumspect, morally alert); set your hope wholly and unchangeably on the grace (divine favor) that is coming to you when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is revealed.
14 [Live] as children of obedience [to God]; do not conform yourselves to the evil desires [that governed you] in your former ignorance [when you did not know the requirements of the Gospel]. 15 But as the One Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living. 16 For it is written, You shall be holy, for I am holy.
17 And if you call upon Him as [your] Father Who judges each one impartially according to what he does, [then] you should conduct yourselves with true reverence throughout the time of your temporary residence [on the earth, whether long or short]. 18 You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed (ransomed) from the useless (fruitless) way of living inherited by tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible things [such as] silver and gold, 19 But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.
20 It is true that He was chosen and foreordained (destined and foreknown for it) before the foundation of the world, but He was brought out to public view (made manifest) in these last days (at the end of the times) for the sake of you.
21 Through Him you believe in (adhere to, rely on) God, Who raised Him up from the dead and gave Him honor and glory, so that your faith and hope are [centered and rest] in God.
22 Since by your obedience to the Truth through the [Holy] Spirit you have purified your hearts for the sincere affection of the brethren, [see that you] love one another fervently from a pure heart. 23 You have been regenerated (born again), not from a mortal [d]origin ([e]seed, sperm), but from One that is Immortal by the ever living and lasting Word of God.
24 For all flesh (mankind) is like grass, and all its glory (honor) like [the] flower of grass. The grass withers and the flower drops off, 25 But the Word of the Lord ([f]divine instruction, the Gospel) endures forever. And this Word is the good news which was preached to you” 1 Peter 1:4-25
Revelation = yada = announced = publish = declare = proclaim = reveal = make known = revealed = disclosure of hidden springs = uncovering of the mysteries of God = manifestation of Jesus as He is now by the Holy Spirit = revealing the Head of the one Body and one Spirit of God = uncovering of the head = veil lifted = unveiled like a bride to see the Glory and be changed into Christ’s likeness = apokalypsis (άηοκάλψιϛ) = apocalypse = the end of the OLD when the NEW is revealed to your soul and your soul rejoices and exults in the Living and Abiding Word of God, the Risen Lamb of God who is Worthy, glorified above all else, far above the old heavens (Ephesians 4:10),
baptized into Christ so your soul can be clothed with Christ (Galatians 3:27), an individual member of His one Body (1 Corinthians 12:27), His anointing in you, Christ in you, teaching you all true and no lies, and teaching you to abide in Christ (1 John 2:27); clothed with His Spirit and fire and His glory within you (Zechariah 2:5; John 17:22-23; 2 Corinthians 4:6-7; Revelation 21:11,23), so you can grow up in EVERY way into the Head, in Christ (Ephesians 4:15) coming to fullness of life in Christ the Head (Colossians 2:9-10); eyes to see, ears to hear, hearts to spiritually perceive, God revealing to you by His Holy Spirit (2:10) the Spirit of Truth that the world cannot receive, understanding the spiritual Gifts given to you when you possess the Holy Spirit and have the mind of Christ (2:11-16),
when you put off the OLD nature and former manner of life AND put on the NEW nature, created now, not long ago (Isaiah 42:9-10, 43:18-19, 48:6-8, 65:17) in those who are unveiled to know the Truth, Jesus is the TRUTH, the Word of Truth and the Spirit of Truth who guides you into ALL the Truth;
Abba Father giving you the Holy Spirit to reveal Risen Christ Jesus who gives you the GOOD news, heals your broken heart, heals your wounded old soul, saves your soul, takes your pain and all causes of pain, taking your sin and falling short of the glory, redeeming your soul, purifying and refining your soul, comforting your soul, giving you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy and gladness for mourning, sorrow, and grief caused by sin and falling short of the glory, planting the Word of Truth in you by the Spirit of Truth, making you a NEW tree of Risen Christ Jesus’ Tree of Life, a tree of righteousness by faith through grace, watered by Christ’s River of Water of Life from the Throne; Christ ministering in you a double portion and everlasting Joy for the shame and dishonor of sin, so that your soul begins to exult and rejoice in Christ, and your soul is clothed with His salvation, righteousness and adorned like a bride with His white wedding garment; made a new watered soul garden where His righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit can spring up in you (Isaiah 61;1-11),
as a NEW creation in Christ, of the NEW covenant, of the NEW creation created in the likeness of Risen Christ Jesus in true righteousness and holiness (Ephesians 4:24); of the first born assembly (Hebrews 12:22-29); the fire of God consumes the old, all that is not of Risen Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is able to form the new of Christ in you, teaching you to abide in Christ (John 15:4; 1 John 2:27) filled with the fruits of righteousness, to the praise and glory of God (Philippians 1:11).
