Simply Pay Attention

What we pay attention to increases.

If you pay attention to love in your spouse, it increases the love. If you pay attention to their faults, the faults grow!

If you pay attention to the Presence of God in your spouse, it grows. If  you pay attention to the Presence of God in all human beings, it increases. If you pay attention to the Presence of the Spirit in all things, it magnifies, grows, expands and increases.

If you pay attention to evil, it increases. If you pay attention to the toxins, pesticides, GMOs and contamination of food and drink, the damage, negative or harmful effects increase. If you pay attention to the Presence of the Spirit of God in whatever you eat or drink, it increases the light and it can nourish, cherish and even heal your cells. We do not have to fight the darkness, but merely turn on the Light. We turn on the Light in all things and people by simply paying attention to the Light, focus on the Light, call forth the Light into all things, and most importantly wake up to know that you are the Light!

“Jesus upbraided the eleven disciples for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they had not believed Mary Magdalene who saw him after he had risen. And he said, “Go…these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name…if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick and they will recover…while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by signs that attended it” Mark 16:14-20

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do ALL to the glory of God” 1 Cor 10:31

Simply pay attention to the Glory of God in ALL things. The Glory is the Presence of the Spirit of God. The manifest Presence, the visible Presence of Invisible Spirit, is what we are calling forth to increase when we pay attention to the Invisible Presence. Christ in us is the hope of glory. Christ in us is the hope of the Invisible Presence of the Spirit of God to be manifest in us, through us and manifested to fill the entire earth with the VISIBLE Presence of God!!!!

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory” Isa 6:3

Last night in a centering prayer group these words came to my heart “Holy holy holy, is the Lord God Almighty, heaven and earth are full of your glory, hosanna in the Highest!” The emphasis was on “heaven AND earth are full of your glory” and it confirmed to me that the Spirit of God was saying that heaven and earth are already full of God’s Presence, full of the Spirit’s Presence. It takes human beings to wake up and realize this; to pay attention to make it manifest or seen or visible on earth as it is in heaven!!!!

The only difference between Jesus of Nazareth and us is Jesus knew that he was one with the Father and we doubt it! “The only difference between a tzaddik [righteous human] and the rest of us is the tzaddik knows he or she is in the presence of God constantly. The rest of us are constantly in God’s presence but not always aware of it OR don’t want to be always aware of it” Rabbi Kalman Packouz

The earth is already FULL of the Presence of God’s Spirit!!!!! Now that is Good News!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply acknowledge it, realize it, welcome it, honor it with Awe and Wonder! Like a child! Simply!

Simply Pay Attention!

Maybe the only purpose for our fall in consciousness, our descent into fear, anxiety, doubt, rejection, disappointment, disillusionment, betrayal, abandonment, suffering, desperation, or disease is to prepare the Way for ascent into the Presence of God, the Glory that fills the earth. If we are able to pay attention to the suffering we enter the suffering of Christ and we are initiated into the ability to pay attention to the Glory or the Ascent into the Presence of God on earth as it is in heaven! We get to the ability to pay attention to the Glory through our ability to pay attention first to our pain and suffering. We descend before we ascend, then we are called to simply pay attention to the Invisible Presence in all things and it will increase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“One Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all. But grace is given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s Gift…’when he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men’ (in saying he ascended what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is he who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things)” Eph 4:6-10

The earth is FULL of the Presence of God. Simply pay attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
