There is another Side!

So you say you are not seeing a new heaven and a new earth? You are only hearing bad news? You are still living in fear, apprehension of the future, anxiety, depression, stress, burned out, jaded, cynical, hating life, working hard and getting no where…

or maybe apathetic, lukewarm, just getting by, or maybe fed up, at your wit’s end, at the end of your rope, maybe even suicidal or having hateful, even murderous thoughts against somebody? You are not at peace, your heart is troubled…

You are not seeing healing, deliverance, or people set free; you are not personally experiencing perfect health, perfect love, perfect harmony, perfect peace and fullness of Joy?

Jesus says, “throw your net on the other side”

You have to get up out of the world, out of the status quo, alive in fallen Adam and dead to Christ, alive to sin and death and dead to righteousness under the world rulers of this present darkness, working, striving, efforting, trying to be a good person, struggling with temptations and sin,

or if someone has enough hurt, disappointments, pain and unmet needs, they may turn and try to be an evil person who tries to hurt others out of their own uncomforted hurts buried in their soul, and the poison poisons the whole lump of clay…

The leaven of satan leavens the whole body, soul and spirit…

the leaven of Christ leavens the whole spirit and soul and body…

You have to take a step, stand up,

and move to the other side of the CROSS, the cursed tree of knowledge of good and evil, satan’s tree you were grafted on by Adam when he fell away from heaven on earth and God as Father, supplying every need in exceeding abundantly more, before they even had to ask…when Adam fell, you inherited the fall of consciousness…

but when you inherit Christ’s resurrected Life, the tree of life, through the finished work of the cross, you are transferred from the dominion of darkness into the kingdom of the beloved Son…

and you have to take the initiative to move to the other side of the boat, the ship…

from religion-ship to relation-Ship with Christ, to know you are in the boat with Christ Jesus crossing the ocean of suffering from satan’s tree/cross to the post-cross kingdom of resurrection, ascension, and glorified Life and Truth,

the Holy Spirit with and in you,

led by the Spirit of God,

his fire continuously enlivening, empowering, and revitalizing your transformed body! his Mind continuously renewing you! his Spirit continuously teaching, guiding, healing, anointing, manifesting, and expressing in and through you!

“We are not waiting for God; God is waiting for us!” Steve Harnett

Get UP and move to the other side; move to the finished work of the cross in resurrected Christ Jesus and live as a kingdom-citizen of heaven on earth now, here, right where you are planted! root, grow, leaf, bud, blossom, fruit!!!!!!! Christ!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing with us what life on the other side of the Cross can be for all who are led by the Spirit of God. I have always wondered why so few have discovered who they truly are in Yeshua. I’ve had my own struggles as well. Today I read a passage of scripture that may explain why many in the Church have not been walking in freedom. I was reading Acts Chapter 9 about the conversion of Saul and saw something startling. When Yeshua told Ananias to lay hands on Saul, he told Yeshua that Saul had been given authority to bind ALL who call on His name. I began to see this scripture in an entirely different way.

    Acts 9:11-14
11 And the Lord said to him, “Get up and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying, 12 and he has seen in a vision a man named Ananias come in and lay his hands on him, so that he might regain his sight.” 13 But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he did to Your saints at Jerusalem; 14 and here he has authority from the chief priests to bind ALL who call on Your Name.”

In a similar way verse 21 says:
Acts 9:21: All those hearing him continued to be amazed, and were saying, “Is this not he who in Jerusalem destroyed those who called on this Name, and who had come here for the purpose of bringing them bound before the chief priests?”

You can see where I’m going with this. The word “ALL” is what stands out so glaringly. There are two questions that I pondered over. How does this relate to the Church today? Does the enemy have the authority to bind even the righteous who have given no legal right for satan to attack them? Perhaps this is why Paul stressed that we should put on the whole armor of God.

    • thank you for sharing these scriptures and your thoughts!

it is hard to break free of the consensus mind, non-conformity to the world and even world religion…it is a walk that is alone except for the continuing presence of the Living One, the Christ who never leaves or forsakes us; is with us always. Our job is to believe and let the Holy Spirit remove all unbelief!
the only way to be free is to agree with God instead of the world and trust and wait to be clothed with Power from on high to overcome human nature’s ways; believe the eternal gospel of the kingdom and move in! walk by faith, not sight!

“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion” ~Albert Camus

sin is rebellion from God; we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony! our testimony of the resurrected, ascended, glorified Christ Jesus is the spirit of prophesy and we prophesy a new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells! we pull from the timeless in Christ to time in us! It is done unto us as we believe; do we believe the world? or do we believe the King of kings and Lord of lords! “We come to life and reign with Christ for a thousand years” a thousand years is as one Day of Christ; the Day as one thousand years! We proclaim the year of God’s favor in the fullness of time, when we are ripe! the day of wrath, the one hour of trial for those who join with the beast’s mind of evil IS NOT in Christ! the beast was, is not, and is to come; but not in Christ and we fill with Christ so nothing else can take part in us!

those in Christ who know Christ within as his Spirit lives, moves and has his being in us, live the eternal Day awake in His Light; when we see him we become like him!

the more we see and hear him; the more we experience him heal, deliver and set free; the more his Will and Kingdom come into our day to day “stuff” and transform it, the more we trust until all the barriers we set around us to protect us from the world just fall as we fall so deeply in Love with the King of glory, that glory divine as a foretaste becomes a blessed assurance; delighting in Him as his Delight is in us, his Christ in us! We know the Truth and the Truth sets us free!

  3. Jesus says, “Throw your net on the other side of the boat”
One side is of the world, before the cross, a place of lack…
the Other Side is of the kingdom, after the finished work of the cross, a place of surprises, a place of exceedingly abundantly more than we could ask or think!

  4. The boat that takes you out into the deep, over your head, into His Head, is Christ
    the net is your mindset
the catch, the result, is the manifestation of Christ, above, with, in and through you when you know he is in you!

    1 Corinthians 5:5
    1 Timothy 1:20

The Lord has placed the adversary under bondage to be used in order to convert and sanctify God’s children and also to punish wicked men. In the end though the adversary will share in the fate of those who do not acknowledge, confess and repent to Jesus as Lord of Lords and king of kings.
    Daniel 7:12
The adversary is defeated and judged already we need only walk in the finished work of the cross of Yeshua and hold our ground. Amen
