The Cause of Suffering

The cause of suffering seems to stem from a case of mistaken identity. We mistake our ego for our true identity as divine spiritual beings. The mistaken identity separates us from our conscious connection, communication and communion with our Source and the flow of the higher life force energy of wholeness, abundance and alive peaceful joy.

Thoughts are energy. Spirit is also energy; higher vibration = spirit; lower vibration=negative pole of ego/unclean spirits. Thus thoughts are spirits: lowest, dark thoughts= negative ego/unclean spirits; highest, light-filled thoughts = Spirit. The energy of the ego is limited. The way of thinking (energy or spirit) of the ego weighs us down and drains our energy. Thoughts of the ego are the energies of worry, fear, doubt, sadness, anger, irritation, discouragement, distrust, confusion and disillusionment . The mistaken identity is the ego, the fallen consciousness of lack and limitation. The ego is the sheep in wolves clothing. It is the mask or persona that is habitually conditioned. It is the unevolved animal, mineral and vegatative aspects of our being that are fear and survival generated from the oldest reptilian brain, and the triggered upset self that arises from the old limbic brain.

It is the mistaken identity that we were conditioned to believe we are from our parents (no blame as they were conditioned by their parents and theirs before them), our teachers, society, government, institutions and religions. If our ego is reconnected with our spirit we become whole once again and the ego serves the spirit as a faithful servant. Separated from spirit, the ego takes over and we forget the truth of our wholeness and oneness with the Spirit of God. The separated ego is the mistress, the “other woman”, the harlot, the adulteror, the idolator, the adversary, the enemy, the accuser, the demonizer, the condemner, the judge, the critic, and the negative pole of archetypes such as witch, prostitute, trickster, clown, fool, magician, devil, etc.

Everything you blame for your difficulties or upsets originates from the separated, negative ego energy within. Eckhart Tolle called it the pain body. Neville Goddard called it “the dweller on the threshold” and the Sioux chief called it the “evil wolf”. Yeshua called it evil or unclean spirits. Psychology calls it the negative ego or distorted thoughts. It is humanity’s fallen consciousness.

Suffering is caused by disconnection, separation, ignorance or forgetting of our true identity as spirit. A divided mind is the split within our psyche. We become fragmented from the wholeness of our spiritual being that is one with God. We suffer until we are able to wake up and break through the hold that ego has on our mind. We are asleep, dead or unconscious to our true spiritual self until we awaken. Our challenges are present to show us there is a higher way; a sign post to say, “wake up, turn to God, learn the higher way, open to your higher mind, expand into your greater potential, and remember the Spirit of God.” Whatever challenge or difficulty you are going through right now is not meaningless. There is no fault or blame in having problems. Everything is meant for a higher purpose. If you listen to the media or human wisdom, you will fear, worry or think that you have done something wrong. If you listen to spiritual wisdom you will find lovingkindness, mercy, grace, forgiveness, compassion. peace and a higher understanding. There is no such thing as random chaos; it is just new, higher order developing.

“For God consigned all men to disobedience, that he may have mercy upon all. O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?…For from him and through him and to him are all things” Romans 11:32-36.

“He did not create it in chaos…I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say ‘seek me in chaos.’ I the Lord speak the truth, I declare what is right. Assemble yourselves and come draw near together…turn to me and be saved [from your lower thoughts]” Isaiah 45: 18-22 Don’t seek order in chaos, shift your attention. Turn to God and bring the Light into the chaos. Focus on the spirit of your heart and the chaos will disappear, dissipate, dissolve or melt like mist in the full sunshine! If you are facing a challenge, be still and know that God is working in the midst of the problem to bring higher good, the hidden splendor.

“By his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). In our wounds we are healed. “In illness thou heal all his infirmities” (Psalm 41:3). Through our wounds God’s Light can enter and bring us to a higher vista. By our wounds Spirit can pour Light into the broken places. “You are refined, not like silver; you are tried in the furnace of affliction” Isaiah 48:10. By the tree-of-life-cross we can ascend to the Tree of Life in the garden paradise. The way “up” in consciousness is “down” into our wounds.

“For this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that should follow in his steps” 1 Peter 2:21. His steps take us from suffering to death of the identification with ego, to resurrection of our consciousness and finally ascension of our spirit to oneness with the Holy (Whole) Spirit in our body, here on earth now. Through our wounds and challenges we can witness the miraculous signs and wonders of Spirit’s Power and Mighty Presence. If we can stay present and conscious in a challenge, trial or testing, we can directly experience the pain, feel our feelings and go through the suffering to peace in short order. Neuroscience has revealed that a negative feeling will only last 90 seconds if we stay conscious, pay attention to what is happening in the moment with awareness, instead of avoiding, masking, suppressing, distracting or numbing the feeling. Avoiding the negative feeling or experience cements it in our being to arise over and over again. Unclean spirits direct you to escape your problems. The Holy Spirit transmutes, transforms, dissolves or heals all problems. “Count it all joy, my brethren, when you meet various trials, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all humans generously and without reproaching, and it will be given him. but let her ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind…a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways, will not receive anything from the Lord” James 1:2-8.

Double minded is ego separated from your spirit or true self. “God’s power is guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice, though now for a little while you may have to suffer various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith, more precious than gold, which though perishable is tested by fire, may redound to praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Christ…rejoice with unutterable and exalted joy” 1 Peter 1:5-8.

“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, establish, settle, and strengthen you. To him be the dominion” 1 Peter 5:10-11 The evidence of the unseen is found in the wound. The substance of optimism is found within the pain of a challenge. With the hidden knowledge of the Spirit of God we can stay present and have faith in the midst of the challenge. The hidden treasure or hidden splendor is revealed through the wound! Growth always follows chaos unless you forget God and go to deeper egoic darkness of self-pity, bitterness, anger, resentment, blame, shame, guilt, self-righteousness or projection. Expansion always follows contraction if your stay conscious and present in the chaos. “Up” always follows “down” if you pay attention with spiritual intention. Ascension of consciousness always follows a fall of consciousness if you keep your focus on God.

“In saying, ‘He ascended,’ what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also he who ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things” Ephesians 4:9-10.

Dawn always follows night unless you make your bed the darkness of suffering. Spiritual consciousness always follows the death of identification with the physical and ego nature. “The meditation of my heart shall be understanding” Psalm 49:3.

When we stay conscious and present in a time of trial by God or a temptation of the ego, we can receive the crown (James 1:12). The cross-tree-of-life lifted Yeshua up so he could eliminate all pain, disease, death and suffering. He was lifted on the tree (cross) so he could descend or travel to the lowest levels of consciousness, the lowest vibratory frequencies that existed on earth. He descended before he rose above the vibration where the lower-consciousness energies of pain and suffering exist. When he was lifted up in consciousness, he made it possible for us to also lift in consciousness to join him. Put on the mind of Christ. This takes our conscious participation; it is our choice.

“Work out your own salvation with awe and trembling” (Philippians 2:13). What is the prescription for suffering? The way out is through the pain. The goal is not to be saved from suffering, it is to be saved in the midst of the suffering by going through it. “Be wretched and mourn and weep, let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection. Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will exalt you” James 4:9-10.

The worst thing you can do is try to distract someone when they experience pain (usually from our own uncomfortableness/lack of dealing with and being transformed by Spirit). Never stop the flow of tears; they are a healing gift from God. The Light of Spirit is able to enter through the tears. Crying helps to open the heart. Never stop someone from feeling their raw feelings. The medicine is in the wound. To go up you must first go down into the pain, suffering or darkness. Go into the chaos to be lifted up into paradise. Die to ego identification to be lifted into your higher self. Take the lowest seat and he will bring you up higher (Luke 14:9-11). Humble the ego and you will be exalted. “Fear not, I have called you. When you pass through the waters I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you” Isaiah 43:1-2.

“Fear not, for I am with you…who makes a way in the sea, a path in the mighty waters” Isaiah 43:5-16.

“Remember not the past. I am doing a new thing, perceive the new way in the wilderness, the river in the desert” Isaiah 43:18-19.

“You shall be holy [whole], for I am holy [whole]…as you invoke as Father when you are in exile [away from spirit in your ego mind]. You know that you were ransomed from the futile ways [of the ego] inherited from your fathers, not with perishable gold and silver, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb with no spot of darkness [whole, one, free]. He is made manifest at the end times for your sake. Through him you have confidence…having purified your souls through love [your higher nature]. Love one another earnestly through the heart [higher self]. You are born anew [from lower nature ego to higher spiritual self]” 1 Peter 1:16-23.

We are called out of the darkness of ego into the light of our spirit in the body. The ego is the stone that will make men stumble; the rock that makes men fall (1 Peter 2:8).

“I will cleanse you. A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you; and I will take out of your flesh the heart of stone [ego] and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put MY SPIRIT within YOU…you shall dwell in the consciousness of God…I will deliver you…and make the fruit of the tree abundant and you will never suffer again” Ezekiel 36:25-30.

We are born anew from above as living stones, a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people, who have been called out of darkness into his marvelous light (1 Peter 2:1-10). Let there be Light! Come Holy Spirit!!! Partake in the light that is revealed in the midst of suffering, pain, and hurts. When we go into it, we get through it (1 Peter 5:1). Not if, but WHEN the chief Shepherd is manifested in us, we obtain the crown of light. God gives grace to the humble, those who have dis-identified or detached from identification as the ego (1 Peter 5:4). Be a lamb, meek, tender, open, loving, vulnerable, trusting, peaceful, gentle and compassionate. “Cast your anxiety on God for he cares about you” 1 Peter 5:7.

“After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you [called through wounds, pain, suffering] will herself restore, establish, settle and strengthen you” 1 Peter 5: 10-11.

The dominion of life is waking up to become conscious of the call of suffering, the invitation of all pain (physical, emotional, mental, soul and spirit) to receive the Light of Spirit into the fissures, cracks, broken places and wounds that restores, settles, comforts, heals, transforms, washes and regenerates and proves the power and presence of God. Allow the Light of the Spirit of God to enter the broken places: broken relationships, broken promises, broken expectations, broken bodies, broken hearts and broken spirits. The door to healing and wholeness is Yeshua (John 10:9) but you must OPEN the door! The Living Spirit, the Living Water, the Higher life force energy, the Light of redeemed Life is what comes in the open door!!! Peace, serenity, aliveness, tranquility and equanimity enters through the open door…. To receive the Tree of Life in your body (Rev 22), the crown of life, the fountain of Living Water and the streams in the desert, you  must face your challenge. You must feel your feelings while remembering the healing Power and Presence of Spirit right where you are. Your conscious awareness and attention will melt the pain like mist in the sun at noonday. “No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended from heaven, the Son of man. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up” John 3:13-14. “I will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also” John 14:3. “And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all human beings to myself” John 12:32. “Believe in the light, that you may become sons of light” John 12:36. Arise, walk in the Light as light! The way to become light is to let the Light of the World, the Spirit of God come into your body through your wounds, pain, disease, challenges and problems! Let the spirit in and be whole again. Focus your mind on the spirit and you have life and peace. Focus on the ego mind (negative, distorted thoughts) and you will have suffering and pain (Romans 8:1-30).

We need to let go of the ego’s rigid, dogmatic laws and learn the law of the Spirit. “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ has set me free” Romans 8:2. “Walk not according to the flesh [ego] but according to the Spirit…those who live according to the Spirit [true self] set their minds on the things of the Spirit.To set the mind on the flesh is death [unconsciousness, fallen consciousness], but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace” Romans 8:4-6.

You are not your ego, you are spirit, if the Spirit of God dwells in you (Romans 8:9). The only way the Spirit of God cannot live in you is if you refuse or deny it! “All who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God…the Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him” Romans 8:9-17. Glorify God in your body! Allow your body to be the holy (whole) temple of the Holy Spirit. Come Holy Spirit! The hidden way to receive your divine crown, inheritance of peace, joy, love and be filled with wholeness and Light, is to go into your wound, consciously go into your pain, so the Light of Spirit can enter the broken places. The deepest healing and wholeness is not by taking a pill to suppress symptoms, cut it out by surgery, or talk it away in psychotherapy.

True Wholeness is found by entering the place of pain, the inner wound that you find in your body and allowing the Light of God to enter. We don’t have to do anything; the power and presence of God heals merely by turning on the higher light of consciousness. Shift your identification to the spiritual identity we already are: human beings, and becoming our divine nature. Our conscious awareness, presence, attention and intention brings Light to the darkness and the darkness dissolves into the nothingness it came from. We do NOT have to battle the darkness, just turn on the Light! “We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose…he predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among the brethren.” Romans 8:28. Yeshua was the first-born; we are meant to be the seconds; to be conformed to the divine image and be the light of the new heaven on earth as we remember our divine birth and original blueprint of creation.

“Do not be conformed to this world [the world of the ego] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind so you can be good, acceptable and perfect [God’s purpose for your life/higher Will is wholeness, oneness, freedom]” Romans 12:2.

“Gain Christ and be found in him” Philippians 3:8-9.

“That I might know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death [die to identification with ego], that if possible I may attain resurrection [become our divine nature on earth in the body in ascension]” Philippians 3:10-11.

“And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the Light are being changed into his likeness from one degree of light to another; for this comes from the Lord who is Spirit” 2 Corinthians 3:18.

“Christ is all, and in all” Colossians 3:11. ALL means ALL!!! Turn from identification with ego to your true identity as spirit, your true self and your divine nature. “Put off your old nature which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt and be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new nature, created after the likeness of God in true right relationship and wholeness” Ephesians 4:22-24. Turn from ego consciousness to God consciousness. Turn from being the ego (the enemy or adversary) to the spirit: perfect, whole, one with God, and free. We are more than conquerors when we allow the Spirit to pour love into our hearts (Romans 8:37; Romans 5:5). “Through him we have access to grace…we rejoice in our hope of sharing the light of God. More than that we rejoice in our sufferings… knowing that it does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us” Romans 5:1-5.

“No, in all these sufferings, we are more than conquerors through him who loves us…nothing can separate us from the love of God” Romans 8:37-39. The ego separates us from our spirit and our true divine nature of love and causes our suffering. “I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate…in my ego I can will what is right, but I cannot do it. For I do not do the good I want but the evil I do not want” Romans 7:15-20.

The ego is the law of the physical or flesh. The spiritual law is the law of our innermost, true being. “For I delight in the law of God, in my inmost self, but I see in my members another law at war with the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin/ego” Romans 7:14,22-25.

False religion or irreligion is led by the ego. It is man-made from the egoic level of thoughts. False shepherds and false religion are hypocrisy, Pharisee-like self-righteousness, prideful egos pretending to be God, worshiping the charismatic pastor instead of God, worshiping the creation rather than the Creator, covering up human feelings, egotistical, putting on a mask or persona on Sunday mornings, absence of healing or deliverance from bondage, addiction, and suffering, not loving other religions, prisoners, the ill, widows, or orphans, outward holiness or godliness while the heart is not transformed, God on the lips without God in the heart, zeal for God without enlightened heart, no Holy Spirit in church or lives, no transformation, transfiguation, transmutation or regeneration, or a congregation of untransformed egos, outwardly religious but not spiritual on the inside.

“For he is not a real Jew who is one outwardly, nor is true circumcision something external and physical. He is a Jew who is one inwardly, and real circumcision is a matter of the heart, spiritual and not literal. His praise is not from men but from God” Romans 2:28-29.

In real religion [intimate connection of human with God] the Power and Presence of the Living Spirit of God is present and active. The ego is the cause of all suffering and separation! “It is not the children of the ego who are the children of God, but the children of the promise [the spirit]” Romans 9:8. Conquer your ego, master your ego, stop identifying yourself as your ego or lower nature and step up into your true identity as spirit, sons of God, daughters of God, second-born of Spirit, born anew from above, and identify yourself as divine conscious beings!!!

The ego is not really real; it is man-made, an imposter that developed through a falling in vibration, frequency or consciousness level. Remember: “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Therein lies the peace of God” A Course in Miracles. Follow the steps of Yeshua; follow the path of Christ, the path of love, the path of the heart. Trust the Spirit of God. Trust your inner spirit’s knowing. Go against human wisdom and the ego’s guidance and go directly into your pain when it arises and you will find it melts, dissolves and dissipates with your conscious attention and Presence.

“Your heart is the highway to the promised land. As you go through the valley it is made a place of springs. You go from strength to strength; the God of gods will be seen in Zion…for the Lord God is a Sun and a shield…no good thing does the Lord withhold…blessed is the woman who trust in thee” Psalm 84:5-12. “Fire goes before him, and burns up the adversary [ego or false mind/thoughts/energy]. His lightnings lighten the world; the earth sees and trembles. The mountains [obstacles or challenges] melt like wax before the Lord” Psalm 97:3-5.

Love your enemies. Love the ignorant, unenlightened and lower vibrational energy thoughts and they will rise to the occasion. Be compassionate to yourself and others. Just shift to the higher thoughts of your spirit.

“For my thoughts are not your ego thoughts, neither are your ego ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ego ways and my thoughts than your ego thoughts” Isaiah 55:8-9.

Shift from ego thoughts and lower vibration energy to your spirit thoughts and higher vibrational energy. Lighten up! Enlighten up!!! Cast your burdens off. When you are hurt, do not hurt back. When you are judged, don’t judge back. When you are hated or hurt, send love back. Return evil with goodness. Return hatred with love.

Salvation is in the body on the tree, the cross to leave ego burdens on, while you resurrect as your true spiritual nature. By his wounds you are healed and made whole, one with God, and free. The Shepherd, Great Physician and Way Shower is also the Guardian of the Tree of Life in the garden of the new heaven on earth now (1 Peter 2:21-25; Revelation 22). The “voice of many waters” stands at the door of your heart. Will you open the door? We are each a ray of sun coming from the Central Sun. We are the same as the sun, only to a lesser degree; the part contains the whole. If we remain identified with our ego in the darkness of the wilderness or desert, the sun is not able to shine within us. We need our vitamin D from the sun and our Vitamin Spirit of God to live an abundant, vibrant, rich life! The Power of the Sun can also kill us unless we choose to enter the garden oasis paradise of the Spirit of God and take refuge in the shade of the Presence. The sun can also burn us if we remain egos and separate from God.

We are all drops of water in the Ocean of God, only different by degree; our part contains the whole. Living Water is the key to abundant life. We are made up of mostly water and empty space. Our being is affected by the tides. The ocean can storm and toss our ego up against the rocks. When we center and ground in our spirit, our true selves, we are safe and secure and we can rise to surf upon the waves! Doubt and fear are storm tossed waves that make us sick; being double-minded is unstable and storm tossed (James 1:6-8). Unite and Arise!!!

Yeshua HaMashiach paved the way for our consciousness to be lifted up into paradise or kingdom consciousness here on earth. We are to follow in his footstep; follow his way, truth and life. We must enter into our wounds with the Light of Spirit to transform. When we transform from an ego to a lamb, we are worthy to open the ancient scroll hidden in our secret heart (Rev 5).

“Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward being; therefore teach me wisdom in my secret heart” Psalm 51:6.

“Wisdom cries aloud in the street…how long, O simple ones [egos] will you love being simple, fools, scoffers and ego-centric? Give heed to my reproof…he who listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease without dread of evil [ego consciousness]” Proverbs 1:20-33 The new thing on earth is reflecting the Light of our Source; as above, so below. The new thing is being our true self: spirit, our true higher divine nature, rather than ego or the false, survival, wounded self. The new thing is living from the deepest, innermost being of the heart. The new thing is being a humble, meek, gentle lamb-like, and meditating on the heart to have wisdom, understanding and higher divine knowledge (beatitudes of Matthew 5:1-12).

The new thing is the new heaven on earth paradise; the garden of the kingdom of God on earth in the heart, the tree of life within, when we are able to stop identifying with the ego and become the lamb in our heart, mind, soul and spirit. We must transform and transmute into a peaceful, gentle lamb to enter the kingdom of God on earth. The lamb has access to the spiritual laws and the ancient teachings written on the ancient scroll of the heart.

“You yourselves are the letter of recommendation, written on your hearts, to be known and read by all humans; and you are a letter from Christ, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the Living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts” (2 Cor 3:2-6).

The Spirit brings us to remembrance of who we really are and what we are here to do and what God’s purpose is for suffering: to bring us to the remembrance of who we really are and to expand us into our ascended consciousness, as Christ ascended after conquering the ego on earth in a human body. Resistance = suffering. Follow me! Come and see!

We must also conquer our lower nature, our ego, and become a lamb: peaceful and gentle to enter the new heaven on earth now. “Those who conquer I will grant to sit with me on my throne, as I myself conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne” Revelation 3:21.

We are to follow the footsteps, follow the path, follow the way that Yeshua created on earth. The new thing on earth is ascending in consciousness while living in a body. “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” Isaiah 43:19.

“From this time forth I make you hear new things, hidden things which you have not known. They are created now, not long ago; before today you have never heard of them, lest you should say, ‘Behold, I knew them.’ You have never heard, you have never known” Isaiah 48:6-8. We must not hide from our inner wounds, hidden undigested emotional wounds, frozen negative experiences, old unmet needs, suffering and pain. “Not to hide yourself from your own flesh, then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing will spring up speedily” (Isaiah 58:7-8).

Now is the time to take courage and go within and face the inner demons, the inner negative energy of trapped negative emotions and painful feelings. Now is not the time to medicate, suppress, repress, avoid, mask, run away, distract away from, or act like we have it all together. Now is not the time for poker face, game face or religious Pharisee-type hypocrisy. We have all been masking our true spiritual nature with the facade of the ego.

The ego is ruling our world right now and it is time to expose the imposter! Ego is running our government, our churches, our relationships, our marriages, our educational system, our finances, and our life. The ego is the adversary, the enemy, the negative thoughts, the judge, and source of suffering and evil in the world. “This wisdom is not such as comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, devilish” James 3:13-15.

It is time to stop identifying with the ego and step up into our true spiritual nature. “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and open to divine reason, full of mercy [lovingkindness], and good fruits, without uncertainty or insincerity [authenticity]. And the harvest of right relationship with God [spirit to Spirit] is sown in peace by those who make peace” James 3:17. It is time to arise and begin to walk as our spiritual consciousness and be the light of the world that Yeshua told us we are.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord will rise upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his Light will be seen upon you…lift your eyes round about, and see…then you shall see and be radiant, your heart shall thrill and rejoice; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you…Beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious…I will make you majestic for ever…and you will know that I am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One” Isaiah 60:1-16. Let there be Light!!!

It is time to end suffering by ending the reign of the ego in our world! The ego lusts and porns and traffics young girls and boys into sexual slavery. The ego has affairs, divorces, separates, and creates conflicts in relationships. The ego is the mistress, prostitute and the “other woman”. The ego kills and destroys life. The ego steals and covets. The ego gets angry and inflicts trauma, wounds and suffering. The ego must decrease so the spirit can increase in every human being on earth (John 3:30).

When Yeshua found himself incarnated in a human body, the first thing he did was empty himself of the ego (Philippians 2:1-11). The ego (devilish thoughts/energy) then came back to him during the 40 days in the wilderness to tempt him before he started his three year ministry (Luke 4). It is important to be watchful, pay attention, and stay alert to the nature of the thoughts in our heads. Take every thought captive that seeks to lower your vibration and make you forget your divine nature and cause you to fall again into the trap of the ego. Transform by the renewal of your mind. God did not give us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power and love and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

“Receive with meekness the implanted word which is able to save your soul” James 1:21. Speak the powerful light-filled word when tempted by the ego. When in the midst of a new pain, challenge or problem, speak the Word and rise to a higher vibrational thought. When your world starts shaking, remember the truth of your spirit.  “Let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken” Hebrews 12:28.

“May the God of peace…equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in you” Hebrews 13:20-21.

Let go of your identity as an ego and step up into your true spiritual nature to become a peaceful lamb and enter the new heaven on earth. “Every perfect gift and good endowment comes down from the Father of Lights with no variation or shadow due to change” James 1:17.

The Father of light is Divine Darkness that is full of uncreated light.”He made darkness his covering around him, his canopy thick clouds dark with water. Out of the brightness before him there broke through his clouds hailstones and coals of fire…thunder…lightening…then the channels of the sea were seen, and the foundation of the world was laid bare…at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils, He reached from on high…he drew me out of the waters. he delivered me from my strong enemy [ego]…He brought me forth into a broad place [higher, expanded consciousness]; he delivered me because he delighted in me…For thou deliver a humble [ego-less] people; yea, thou dost light my lamp; the Lord my God lightens my darkness…by my God I can leap over a wall. This God–his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him…God girded me with strength, and made my way safe…set me secure on the heights [spiritual higher consciousness]…thy right hand supported me, and thy help made me great [my higher nature]. Thou didst give a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip [in my higher divine nature]” Psalms 18:9-36.

The divine substance, essence, or building block is in the Divine Darkness of the unified field of God (UFOG). It is like stem cells that can make themselves into an ear, heart, toe, neuron, elbow or kidney cell. Divine Darkness can make itself into any and all forms including light, energy, thoughts, feelings, sensations, experiences, consciousness, angels, life forms and human bodies. The UFOG is dark repose, formless, still, silent, dark uncreated building blocks of unmanifest light.

“I will give you the treasures of the darkness and the hoards in secret places” Isaiah 45:3.

In the beginning was stillness, resting darkness, and the movement of Spirit (Genesis 1:1-3). These are our parents: divine darkness and Spirit! This is our shared heritage! This is our face before we were born! This is the preverbal, formless, empty-fullness that we all originated from. The Source is pre-light! This is where we can rest in meditation to be restored, regenerated, rebuilt, renewed and transformed in the fecund, rich darkness prior to form. We can let the Spirit spark the new creation of Light in our inner darkness.

Spirit and Divine Fecund Darkness are movement and rest, expansion and contraction, yin and yang, inspiration and exhalation, peace and alive joy! We are all one: originating from the one unified field of God. We can all learn to love each other because in truth we are one big family with the same roots! Again, take root downward and bear fruit upward. “Fulfill the royal law, according to the scripture, ‘you shall love your neighbor as yourself,’ you do well” James 2:8. Egos are separate, physical, external, and different from one another; our spirits, our true natures, are one with each other with no partiality. Ego is self-judgment as unworthy, unloveable, and not good enough; therefore fearful, insecure, doubting, confused, double-minded, split, fragmented, lacking and limited. Our ego judges others as bad, wrong, evil and unworthy from its own self-judgment.

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get” Matthew 7:1-5.

If you sow ego, lower vibrational energy thoughts, you will reap negative thoughts and energy. “Do not judge your neighbor” James 4: 11-12.  Religions judging each other as wrong, while they are self-righteous and prideful, is the ego. Governments taking over other countries, occupying and oppressing other ethnic or religious groups, killing, terrorizing, or genociding is the ego. “Your passions are at war in your members [body]” James 4:1-2. “Perfect man is able to bridle the whole body” James 3:2

The 1% hoarding money, gold and power is the ego. “Come now, you rich [egos], weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth eaten. Your gold and silver have rusted [hearts have rusted as ego in charge of being], and their rust will be evidence against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure for the last days [hoarded physical gold and silver instead of Golden Christ and Silver Holy Spirit]…you have lived on the earth in luxury and in pleasure; you have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. You have condemned, you have killed the righteous man [the true inner spiritual nature of humans]; he does not resist you [ego]” James 5:1-6.

Gold and silver is rusting, riches rotting (in secret offshore bank accounts?), misery inflicted, fraud committed, ego-mafia rampant, sexual sin, condemnation of others, righteous men killed and people are being enslaved by fear so they do not resist the ego’s machinations (e.g. Sept. 9-11).

“What causes wars, and what causes fightings amongst you? Is it not your passions [ego energy thoughts of jealousy, covetness, lust, lying spirit, anger, pride from insecurity and unworthiness, spirit of error, selfishness, power-hungry, immediate gratification] that are at war in your members? You desire and do not have; so you kill. And you covet and cannot obtain; so you fight and wage war. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly [for the ego, from the ego], to spend it on your passion [of the ego]. Unfaithful creatures! Do you not know that friendship with the ego is enmity with God?” James 4:1-10. The ego of human beings has wreaked havoc on our earth and is the cause of our suffering. Do not be conformed to the ignorant, futile, dark mind of ego. “Resist ego thoughts” James 4:7. Replace with higher thoughts, pure and peaceful (Phil 4). Draw near to God [higher thoughts] and she will draw near to you.

“Cleanse your hands, purify your hearts, you men of double-minds” James 4:8. “Gird up your minds” 1 Peter 1:13. “Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand…the purpose of the Lord is compassion and lovingkindness” James 5:8-11. Purify, refine and make white (Daniel 21-22) for the time of the end/new beginning. Wash your robes (Rev 22). Take off your ego clothing and put on your white spirit-light covering.

The good news is the Spirit of Christ within you” 1 Peter 1:11. The good news is the Holy [Whole] Spirit sent from heaven to earth, the thing angels long to see (1 Peter 1:21).

There is a cloud of witnesses, a myriad of angels and unlimited spiritual help right now to help everyone shift from the net or tentacles of the ego that has lied and deceived its way into ruling the world and our lives.  Turn from the ego, turn towards God, surrender, humble your ego, lift your eyes, lift your consciousness, open and receive the grace, ease and flow of the Living Spirit, the Higher Light of God, the Living Water, the flow of divine life force energy, and step into your true nature!

“The body apart from the spirit is dead” James 2:26 “Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord [second coming into your heart when you wake up and are willing to receive your true Christ Spirit likeness and higher nature]. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. do not grumble against one another, that you may not be judged…the Lord is compassionate and merciful” James 5:7-11.

Be persistent in turning to God and away from egoic thoughts. Wait for the fruit of your higher nature (fruit of the Spirit: peace, joy, love, gentleness, patience etc), knowing it is already done. God knows the how and when; divine timing. God sees as much value in waiting as he does in arriving. The journey or process is invaluable for growing, expanding, learning, molding and shaping us and teaching us through adversity more than we could ever learn otherwise.

“I form light and create darkness, I make weal and create woe, I am the Lord, who do all these things” Isaiah 45:7.

The only purpose of suffering is to awaken us and prove the power of God, to bring light into the darkness through us. Suffering brings us from the tree of knowledge of good and evil to the tree of life if we allow God to come into the wound. “In the midst of awfulness, a touch comes” bringing ineffable peace. In the midst of a challenge comes ineffable tenderness and sweetness (Oswald Chambers). We can know the greatest peace through the light of God falling in our deepest turmoil. We can know the greatest joy when the Spirit of God falls in our deepest grief. We can know the sweetest love when Light enters our darkness of loneliness. We learn, grow, and expand through experiencing the full range of feeling, experiencing the whole catastrophe of living.

We are being prepared for the great shift. God cannot do anything for us until we get to the end of our personal [egoic] resources and cry out or surrender to God. When we suffer our heart can soften and finally open through the broken places so we become receptive to letting the Light of Spirit in to heal and make us whole. The suffering is the gateway, portal or door to union with God and a return to the tree of life. Stop resisting!

The second coming is to raise dead bodies [egos] to spiritual consciousness, the immanence of God, or the true self. We are to retain the knowledge of the tree of good and evil while ascending in consciousness in the body here on earth to our divine higher self, while able to experience the bliss of heaven and feel and experience the fullness of life on earth. We are going to have our cake and eat it too! The ego alone gets no cake! The two sticks in our hands (heart) become one divine consciousness (Ezekiel 37:15-28). The ego transformed into spirit becomes one divine being here on earth.

The old way was dying to go to heaven. The new way is heaven coming to earth!!! In the old testament Moses went up the mountain to find “I am that I am”;God was for us. In the new testament Yeshua came to earth; God was with us. Now, in the shift of the ages, the time of the fulfillment of the new heaven on earth, heaven comes to earth and God is within us, as us!!!

The time is now! Now is the acceptable time to change your mind, change your identity, change your clothes, wash your robes, wake up to the possession of the ego in your mind, humble yourself, drop from your head to your heart, consciously breathe, empty, surrender, open, purify, refine and transform your thought energy to the higher mind of your true nature: spirit. “Awake O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will give you light” Ephesians 5:14.

“Do you [the ego] not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see how the fields are already white for harvest” John 4:35 Let go of all the ego’s machinations, efforting, seeking, striving, trying, manipulating, tweaking, strategizing, predicting, fearing, doubting, looking for prophesy fulfilled, looking to a future heaven through death, looking for antichrists, worrying, adding to the fear and darkness of the world by listening to ego voices predicting doom, gloom and apocylypse. You only have to do one thing: turn toward God. Step into your true nature. Shift into your deepest, innermost spiritual self by turning to the Source of God found in your secret heart.

Rest beside the still waters of the inner Presence of God. Lay down in the soft green meadow of your wholeness within. Restore your soul at the table of abundance as you are anointed with oil. Feel the Sun of Presence on your face. Listen to the still small voice of Spirit that will guide you, lead you, counsel, heal, empower, help, comfort, strengthen, reveal the truth [apocalypse simply means to reveal] and prepare the way for your ascension.

The Spirit of God is already one with your spirit. The spirit is who you already are. The ego is 3-5% of your being. The spirit is 95-97% of who you are. You are the whole iceberg, not just the visible tip! Step into your true nature and your inheritance. The promises of God are true. God is able. Your spirit is able.

Be the new you, the real you: You are spirit! “Jesus answered them, ‘Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, you are gods’?” John 10:34. “I say, ‘You are gods, sons of the Most High, ALL of you” Psalm 82:6.

The ego is not God; it is an imposter; a prideful, self-righteous Pharisee. Our true nature, our highest self, our true self is a divine being, made in the likeness and image of God. Our true self is being changed more and more into the likeness of Christ. The time it takes depends on how strong a hold the ego has on you. Just stop! Turn to God. Turn to our Beloved Creator and ask to be purified, refined, made white (Daniel 21-22) and step into your inheritance. Shift from your old identity of ego to your new identity of spirit in a human body. Begin to carry divinity in your body temple. The more people who awaken and put on the mind of Christ the sooner we all can all live in paradise, in the garden of the kingdom of God, in the new heaven on earth now. Arise, walk! Arise, shine! Arise, follow! Arise, be! “Hear the word of the Lord…Give ear to the teaching of our God…Wash yourselves; make yourself clean…Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow…if you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land…Come let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, that he may teach us his ways and we may walk in his paths…they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more…Let us walk in the Light of the Lord” Isaiah 1:10, 16, 18-19, 2:3-5.

“The Lord will smite Egypt [exile, wilderness, bondage], smiting and healing, and they will return to the Lord, and he will heed their supplications and heal them” Isaiah 19:22 “Again take root downward and bear fruit upward” Isaiah 37:31 “Awake, awake, put on strength, awake, as in days of old…Awake, awake, put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments” Isaiah 51:9, 52:1

Take off your ego garment and put on your spirit garment! Next time you are triggered by something and the familiar upset arises: Stop! Remember “you” are not being triggered, it is the ego. The first step is to wake up, remember who you really are. Drop from your head to your heart. Take your hand and place it over your heart and breathe slowly and deeply in and out of the center of your chest. Relax. Melt into the chair. After taking 3-4 deep breaths you will see the situation differently. Look through the enlightened eyes of your heart. The next time you are triggered by someone, think in your heart “so and so is perfect in Christ Jesus”. Start to see yourself as divine spirit and see others as their higher nature. Look for the hidden wholeness everywhere and in everyone. “Do not judge by outward appearances” but know the truth. Listen to the Spirit of Truth within your heart, rather than the spirit of error in your head.

The kingdom of God is within. We live, move and have our being in God. Christ is all and in all. God is above all, through all and in all. Yeshua said I am in my Father and you are in me and I in you. We are one with God, whole and free.

Remember you are intimately connected to God in your deepest, innermost heart. The gateway to infinity and the entire cosmos is in your deepest heart. The universe is within you. You are spirit and your spirit is one with the Spirit of God, therefore ALL things are possible. Step up into your new miraculous risen life with awe, wonder and curiosity. If I am not who I thought I was, if I am not the ego but spirit, then what else is possible?
