What do you feel when you look at this photo? Do you see it as ominous or glorious? The intense energy of the sun affects our being in varied and interesting ways. Our perception also affects the way we respond and the meaning we give to symptoms or experiences that unfold in this increasingly intense period of time.

Light is powerful. Photons raise vibration or frequency, taking matter to a higher state of energy. If we allow increasing light into our body, we will also rise to a new state of consciousness. “God is light, in her there is no darkness at all” (1 John 1:9). Yeshua was described in John 1:9 as “the true light that enlightens” every person. With so much extra light coming to our planet right now, how can we help but grow, change, expand, unfold our deeper purpose, and rise in vibration, frequency or consciousness?

Large energy releases from the sun bring increasing intensity to our planet. We interpret, add meaning, perceive, view and respond bodily, emotionally and mentally in a variety of ways depending on where we are in the soul’s journey back to oneness, wholeness and our true spiritual identity. If we are sensitive we deeply feel the collective thought and emotional field around us as well. How much of what we are feeling or experiencing is from our own being? What if the heightened feelings and symptoms are just the old thought fields coming into our awareness before we let them go into the nothingness they came from? What if the origin of the symptoms, feelings and thoughts is not from our beings?

Depending on our state of consciousness we interpret an increase in energy in different ways. Some feel the stress and interpret it as something bad or wrong. Some feel the increased stress and interpret it with excitement and a sense of anticipation. How do you interpret the increase in light and energy? If you see the bigger picture you embrace the “disturbance” knowing it is just a perturbation of any density, darkness or blockage in our body so it can be released. If you are not aware, it can feel like doomsday or catastrophe is occurring. A new influx of light can feel like death as the new is revealed. Healing, purification, and refining can feel like dis-ease, illness or pathology instead of deeper transmutation and transformation.

Everything is meant for our highest good (Romans 8:28). Getting aligned or attuned with the higher view helps the transformation move through with greater ease, grace and flow.

Light coming into the darkness will first reveal everything that is unlike itself. It will expose all the places where we have veered from the truth or from our deeper destiny. It can sometimes be quite shocking to the house of cards we have built, the beliefs we inherited, or the illusions we have taken as truth. Darkness is revealed where we did not know it existed. Separations are exposed that were unconscious up to now.

The solar flares are magnetic radiation or energy with a huge influx of photons. Know that nothing is wrong, despite any outward appearance. Trust the higher purpose and the divine will of our Source, the Beloved Creator. Trust that all is well. Trust from your heart. Have faith deep within your heart. Drop from your head into your heart. The Unseen is revealing the spirit of error so the Spirit of Truth can be revealed. Allow, open and be receptive to changes. Remember the caterpillar sees destruction while the butterfly sees new life.

What intensity has arisen in your life recently? What do you think is trying to get your attention? What vague symptom or symptoms that you were ignoring are increasing in intensity to force you to take action? Have you felt a change coming in your being? What bodily symptoms or emotional symptoms have you experienced? How can you best support yourself with extra nurturing, gentleness, compassion and self-love? What do you need to let go of? What do you need to forgive? Where do you need to extend compassion rather than judgment, especially towards yourself? What do you need to help move towards greater authenticity, integrity, congruency and integration of body, mind, and spirit?
